Front desk staff good. BUT: room dirty. Sheets/bed clean. Bedside table: sticky glass ring, kitchen table w food gunk on it, floor w lots of debris. Air conditioner didn’t work, garbage bags in hall for 3 days. Don’t mind simple. Dirty is a big problem. Asked front desk to clean floor/counters, never did it. Yuck.

Room in terrible condition. Large piece of ceiling missing. Carpet filthy and being held by duct tape. Windows opened but no screens. Toilet flushed sometimes.

Avoid at all cost! Not worth the cheap stay... When we got to the hotel and tried to check in, the process was so incredibly slow! I understand we got in late and just wanted to get to bed; but, the girl at the desk did not seem to be in any hurry. Then when we got to our room, the door was open... like I literally pushed the door open with my hand... Then, I went to take a shower and noticed what looked like mold in the caulking... and also the tub wouldn’t drain properly so by the end of my 10 minute shower, the water was above my ankles... Then tried to watch tv in bed to relax and the remote was sticky... and I’m not sure with what because there was black crap on my hands after touching it... Also I’m pretty sure our bed is a full and not a queen... we have a queen bed at home and this thing is smaller... Sadly, I didn’t have much of choice in picking this place. But I will for sure never be coming back... Was so not worth a single penny of any of our savings on picking this place.

Please, add an ICE machine! Air the rooms more. The fridge needed better cleaning. The staff was great - helpful and friendly!

Like it was not far from Paul Brown Stadium Didn’t like tub was stopped up the entire time I was there and there was nothing done about it. Will not stay there again....

I love to visit this hotel, nice and clean and customer service is always nice yo me when I visit. This hotel is like my getaway from home.

I never have a problem with my stay at this hotel.... Staff is friendly and very helpful

First, they don't clean your rooms/linen/towels only if you stay 7 or more days (yikes). If you want clean towels daily, YOU have to take them to the front desk only to tell you, they are short of towels to which they give you dish towels. SECOND, they advertised outdoor pool to only get there and see its not just closed, its completely shut down (concreted off). They will include for you to go to another pool located 10 miles away. Who wants to get back in there car with wet clothes, huhhhh. Asked for some type of discount and the manager was extremely rude and not negotiable ( she actually hung up on me). Other staff was friendly but it was very surprising that the manager was extremely rude and NOT professional AT ALL.

we travelled from KY to visit with family and stayed at this extended stay, this is our 2nd time staying here and it was great, very clean, friendly staff, overall "wonderful", will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

we traveled from lexington ky to ohio for a wedding, we stayed at extended stay on hunt rd for 2 nights, it was very pleasant, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, very quiet, loved it, will definitely stay there again.

The room had a wierd smell in it... Overall wasnt that bad of a room... Got exactly what you paid for.

The location and the room rate are the two reasons I stayed. When i checked in , the toilet was unflushed and dirty. Though the staff quickly cleaned it up, it was a foretellilng of other issues. The weather was just changing and in the middle of the night I went to put the heat on. The unit had not been cleaned so it caused the smoke detector to engage. What a night. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, few pillows or blankets were provided, and the TV is a generation old. It was not at the standards one would expect.

It looked like they never even cleaned after the other 10 guest checked out be for me. Meat in the sink under the strainer, chips under the recliner, dog hairs on the other chairs, etc... They really should clean behind the dresser and night stands, gross.

We stayed just one night, but you can't beat the price! Found the room for $70 on a Saturday night! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, outdoor pool. Felt safe, there was a clerk on duty 24/7. I liked that there was a full kitchen in every room. The staff called me the morning of my reservation and said they had to move me to a smaller room, and because of the change up they bought us a pizza from a great local place! If ever in cinci again, I would stay here!

. The bed was very hard and the bathroom was not cleaned very good (hair all over the floor) The rooms were very spacious and location good. The staff was exceptional!!! Took care of every need!

We like the location of this hotel but the price was higher than normal.
