Very professionally managed Hotel. Great facility. Rooms are large and adequate.

Great hotel with recent remodull but our stay was cut short because we had continuous rain (and the distance from Chico) in Paradise. No rain to speak of in Chico and we didn't have to run up and down the hill so we moved there. The hotel had no fault in the weather or location, just a comment for travelers that may be spending a lot of time down the hill more than Paradise.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast. Staff was exceptionally nice and concerned of our stay. And it was in a excellent location.

Nice and friendly accommodations. Breakfast next morning was good. Spa and pool was not operational when we arrived but they got it running at night.

The hotel is undergoing renovations right now which is exciting for the near future. Everything is starting to look good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been staying at this location for years and will continue during any trip to Paradise !!!

It was very good for a hotel in this mid-level price range and worth the price. We'd book a king-size bed, but when we arrived the pleasant young woman who checked us in had us down for a queen-size. When I pointed out that we booked the larger bed, she found that the manager had to change us because the rooms with king-size are being renovated. She promptly offered us a nice discount and we were perfectly happy with that.

WiFi was spotty in the room. Everything else was fine.

Didn't enjoy this hotel much. I personally think it was overpriced.

I keep staying here because it is close to family. It is generally clean, but there could be a bit more attention to detail. The tub in two different showers has left me standing in 2 inches water everyday. Clueless repair seems to think Draino will fix it, but it is actually the stopper not opening correctly. In general, the staff that works there can be nice, but a couple of the girls at the front desk have a real chip on their shoulder. I usually end up feeling like I am bothering them when I need something. Oh... and if you want to sleep in, skip this place. They actually start doing room service at 9 AM. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

We stay here whenever were in town. Comfortable and convenient.

This was an average hotel with average service. The breakfast was good, however a little sloppy, especially the gravy in that tiny crock pot. It was rather disgusting. They ran out of breakfast items and didn't replace right away.

the place was very nice the only negative would be the carpet which was not bad i just have a thing about hotel carpets on a scale of 1 to 10 the carpet was a 5 and i would stay here again

Easy reservations on line. Nice to have coffee, tea available any time. Still have not had the opportunity to use the pool, hot tub but was very nice

This hotel was clean and peaceful. It was a bit of a drive from CSU, Chico which was the purpose of my visit. The only slight negative that I came across was the poor Verizon coverage, other than that the hotel was ok.

Here for our granddaughter's graduation from Chico State. 10 miles from Chico because we couldn't get anything in Chico 10 months in advance. But the distance wasn't that much, and it was a very pleasant place to stay. Mostly commuted to Chico each day. Continental breakfast (plus waffles) was average/nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Altogether a good experience, but overpriced at this time of year because of high demand.
