The room and hotel were very nice with friendly staff. If you are a light sleeper, the train riding by might be an issue. Otherwise, we highly recommend this hotel.

Came in early on 12/3, as an ihg member I asked for early check in. Was told I could get in by 12:30pm/1pm. I sat in the lobby, right in front of the front desk for 2 hours while staff gossiped, talked about personal lives, and talked about inappropriate situations as check in staff at a hotel. Finally at 2:45pm after no one checking in on me, I asked if I could finally check in. Again, as an ihg member I expected the free waters and just better customer care overall. Not to mention I use this hotel at least once a month. Overall, terrible stay. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay? Another disappointment

Clean room, comfortable beds, good bathroom, friendly and responsive staff. At $18/night, though, the parking is overpriced, especially for an old garage hat has narrow parking spots and is prone to leaks.

Staff was AWESOME! When I checked in there were two women at the desk, both were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean. The location is highly walkable and feels safe. I selected a city view room and was able to check in a little early.
