For me, the location was perfect for everything I wanted to do in Chicago. The room was extremely nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at the checkin desk. The only downside for me-I was not able to take the warm cookies because I am allergic to walnuts. A suggestion might be to have non-nut cookies available, but that is a minor thing. All in all, I give the Double Tree a two thumbs up! Karen
