The staff all were friendly and helpful. The tissue and bath wash dispensers ran out and I had to put a note to housekeeping to replenish, which they did.

Honestly, just an overall great experience with the customer service. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was renovated. The rooms are updated. It’s a really nice hotel for what you’re paying for.

Just Right

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were lamps around the room but it wasn't bright enough to apply my makeup. The washroom lighting was great for makeup application and the washroom was clean. The shower was great. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Great toiletries brands. I also made use of the fitness room which was superb. Everything we needed was just right for our short stay.

Another great stay

We always enjoy staying here when the cost is reasonable. the location to our family in Evanston is the best and we love the whole area with shopping and restaurants. Plus the staff is always nice.
