Very clean, large home to accommodate multiple adults. Loved the ping pong table,playing bingo, checkers, and watch TV. Great house for a group in Evanston!

This house was great for our family trip to Evanston in the spring. It's a charming house that has been renovated and well appointed. It's 4 bedrooms, but there is also a door to the recreation area in the basement (with a twin bed crib), so another person could sleep there as well. We loved that the couch in the living room was very large, so we could gather lots of family there to hang out. Same with the dining table - plenty of space for 8-9 people to gather. James was responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to others for an Evanston trip!
