Great Location!
In town for a wedding, close to the train, downtown Evanston and bikes! Nice quiet neighborhood. Place had everything we needed. It was great!

Lovely unit & neighborhood
Lovely unit on a charming, quiet street. Walk to trains, shops, etc. One note - it’s up a steep flight of stairs, so probably not best for people with mobility issues. (We didn’t realize this when renting it.) Aside from that it’s a wonderful and nicely appointed space!!!! Host is terrific, too.

Beautiful property in a great location
We stayed at this house last weekend, and had a fantastic time! The property had so many amenities for our toddler that we never expected. They made life extremely easy. The location is great - safe, quiet but right by the action. The only issue we had was not getting enough information about parking before we arrived, but it ended up not being a problem.

Great location and apartment
We stayed at this place for two nights while attending our daughter's graduation. The apartment was very nice with a great layout. The large living room even had a special play area for little ones, which we did not need, but it was a nice touch. The bonus was that we had a garage space as well as being able to park on the street easily.
The one thing that was a bit misleading was the we thought the apartment was in a different location from where it was because of where it was pinned on the map, but it turned out to be in a better place for our purposes in the end. The host was very responsive before and throughout our stay and we would absolutely stay here again.
