It was less than ideal. Here is a list of things we observed: Things wrong with house: tripping hazards on stairs and rugs in bedrooms, dining room and kitchen Broken toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom Cabinet doors are sticky to touch and need to be cleaned Host was Unresponsive to questions hntil it was too late No extra blankets for a late october stay Not enough towels for 16 guests Upstairs beds in southeast corner have mattresses that sag in the middle Thermostat turns off in the middle of the night. It was 66 degrees when we woke up this morning Hair and dust behind the basement bathroom door Ice maker broken but we fixed it by removing stuck ice. I would not rebook

The hosts are excellent and communication was very good. It’s a great house - clean, spacious, perfect size for our family. Just a few details kept it out of the excellent all-around rating, and Vic and Grace responded immediately to all our requests. I’d give it a 9.7 if we were rating on a 10 point scale.

Family and Friends Getaway
We took a guys trip for golfing and a day in Chicago. This proved to be a good spot for the golf courses in the NW Chicago suburbs. And still close enough to the city to have access. The space was great, and the patio with gazebo is a great hangout space with the nice weather.

Fantastic House!!
Absurdly amazing place near a large suburban area. Perfect to host friends to go to the city which is less than an hour away. Or family for a large occasion nearby. I hosted my extended family who were visiting me for a wedding nearby. Rooms, bathroom and living area were immaculate. Backyard And gazebo was incredibly well kept! Will highly recommend this!

Great place!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked. The foosball and ping-pong table in the basement were a hit. We did not use the outdoors but with nicer weather, the outdoors looks like a nice space. The host were extremely responsive to all of our questions prior to the stay.
