The room was a good value for the money, The room was clean. I was not that pleased with the mattress as they seemed to be very worn or broke down. (note it did not affect my sleep, just when I sit on the edge, the mattress did it feel really worn down). I am not fussy, just wanted management to be aware it is time to change out mattresses :) I called motel after making reservations and asked for a first floor if possible and upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find they did as I requested, so kudos to them for that. We tried to call front desk from our room and by cell to get wifi password and it rang and rang. I went to front desk and advised the lady managing the desk about it and her response was "hu, I was wondering why we were not getting calls and went back to her cell phone as if it wasn't that important. I told her she might want to management know as someone may want to be calling them like I was, still no real response. But really nothing to say negative about this motel, would stay there again.

Clean room and very comfortable. We didn't take part in the breakfast area, pool or hot tub (pool & hot tub closed in the winter) but everything was great. Not convenient for walking to the casino - you will end up having to walk down quite a ways to get to a bridge. Not a problem for most but it was well below freezing so a pretty miserable walk in the winter. Nicer weather, it would not be an issue.

This was a really nice place to stay that was a short walk to Harrah's Cherokee! Rooms were spotless! Staff were all really nice! We will definitely stay there again!
