We weren’t aware the this property is undergoing a renovation and transitioning to a Hilton.

The property was nice and the staff kind as well. Room was clean and comfortable. The downside is that the hotel was under full blown construction unknown to us when we booked the room. We were told the pool was filled in and the restaurant/bar is being remodeled. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel was a construction site and crew hanging out late at night drinking beer. It wasn’t what we were expecting to find when booking. I’m not against construction or drinking beer lol, just would have taken the Mrs. to another place for our anniversary and tried this one another time. I will say that I once it’s complete, I would very likely come back and stay at this location.

Just average,if you can hear noise of people from the hall I always feel its not money well spent.

Our stay was overall pleasing. You have to pay for parking, the building is presently being renovated so there is a lot of debris and materials lying around the outside of the property. The restaurants in the hotel are closed due to the corona which was not specified online. There were only two towels and wash clothes in the room up on arrival for a two night stay accommodating two guest. On the positive side, room was clean, bed were comfortable, and a/c worked well and we were close to Ruby Falls, The Aquarium, Incline Railway and Rock City Gardens. There is also a good selection of options available nearby. Staff was polite and professional. Overall it was a good experience I would stay here again.

fitness center in construction was only criticism. Other thsn that the stay was excellent

Great location with extremely friendly helpful staff. The Foundry restaurant on the premises has one of the best veggie pizzas I have ever had. Only complaint would be that our room did not get as cool as we would have liked. However, we were on the 5th floor and it was 94 outside.

Location was perfect but maintenance should look at the detail of the room for normal wear and tear

Nice place .. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of.

Bed was extremely comfortable, protery was very clean.

Our stay was enjoyable, but the TV didn’t work! The staff person couldn’t fix it.

Too much noise coming from plumbing in adjacent rooms. Room key somehow stopped working. Self parking instructions for parking garage were not explained at check-in. Spent money on parking fees when I could’ve used the room key to pass in and out of parking garage. Room was descent, but not $300 descent.

It was very quiet place and staff was nice and courteous the elevator it was very slow other than that everything else was fine

When we arrived we headed to the gym and spa. They had water stations but no cups. We had a coffee maker in the room but again no cups. Wanted to get some ice but No ice bucket in the room. Rooms were ok by beds were very small. Once we got home we unpacked and discovered bed bugs in our bags.

I liked how clean the place was and how quiet! The room had everything you needed
