As advertised. Arrived lste, check in was smooth. Left too early to get breakfast there.

I checked in during an ice storm. I know that it is very hard to keep the parking lot and sidewalks clear during sleet. But it would have nice if someone was outside trying to keep the front and sidewalk clear! No salt was even down. After finding a parking space, I could barely make it to the front door. The sidewalk and pavement were completely covered. No one with a shovel or salt were in sight! Glad I didn't break my neck. The pillows, I thought were going to be very nice, but once you put your head on them your head basically fell thru. Even 3 pillows stacked was not very comfy! I've had lot better pillows at other hotels. Then, someone from my job called the hotel looking for me at 545am. I never thought to tell the front desk, not to put calls through to my room because I never expected it. But they sent the call to me anyway. The phone has 1 volume and that is extremely loud! It blasted me out of the bed and scared me to death. I never did get back to sleep after that! Overall the hotel was nice. Next time I will bring my own pillow and unplug the phone from unwanted calls.

Very nice staff. Check in was 3 and check out 12 so more time to sleep in. Shuttle bus to/from wedding venue, friendly drivers. Overall very pleased with experience

I stayed at the hotel only for 1 day, but the experience was good. The staff is friendly, hotel is close to restaurants. The rooms are clean.

I was not pleased. The hotel is been remodeling I complained and their were nice, reimbursement my money and invite me be their Guest on my next trip when the remodeling finish end of august.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. It was not walkable to the University, but it was driving-convenient to other local amenities. The rooms were tidy and the staff was pleasant. I would stay again if I were to stay in Charlottesville.

Came to Charlottesville for a wedding and stayed at this property for 3 days. It was a very nice experience. The rooms were nice decorated and clean, very nice pool and patio area and we appreciated the shuttle to and from the wedding. Very nice front desk staff.

staff was great--room and facilitiy were great--a little more challenging to get to the jpj arena than staying on 29 at the marriot or the doubletree----however --this is not the staffs fault--i will stay here again for another event if the rooms are priced competively with the previously mentioned hotels--

American Grill restaurant was wonderful! Breakfast and dinner meals were better than a lot of restaurants. The only complaint were the beds. Suppose to have a dial to change the air in the mattress but we could not find it on either bed. We would definitely stay at a Hilton again though.

My flight to Charlottesville was not very good. The problem was that the airline sent my baggage back to it's origin at the only stop between the origin and it's destination of Charlottesville. It was 19 hours later before I got my baggage. But, the Hilton Garden Inn's staff was sympathetic and very accomodating. I appreciate everything they did for me. The hotel and my room were both very clean and the decor of both is very nice. This hotel has a warm and inviting feel to it. I would gladly stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again in the future. I work for Avast Software and my trip there was to give a presentation on PC & Internet Security to a local computer users group. With the help of this Hilton Garden Inn staff, I was able to retrieve my late arriving baggage quickly so that I could make it to the scheduled presentation. My grateful thanks goes to the staff of the Hilton Garden Inn of Charlottesville, VA!

All aspects of the room were excellent.

Would stay here again. The hotel was spotless and service was excellent. We have stayed at other hotels in the Charlottesville area and this was one of the best values, if not the best hotel!!

Very clean and welcoming.

I think they do a nice job

The hotel was emaculate. Could not ask for a better experience.

The location was great, just off I-64. Even though it's sitting in a business area on a major highway, the lakes and swans out back changed the feeling entirely. There's a walking/running path around the lakes, and a large patio area to sit and relax. It's a typical Hilton Garden Inn which is a good thing in my experience. Breakfast was excellent with all eggs made to order.

This was our first time here. The hotel staff was very nice. The room was great. The buffet breakfast was alot better than most places that I've been. They will make your eggs and waffles to order. We would definitely stay here again. And yes I would recommend this place to a friend.
