Sheets and blankets full of holes..no parking, booked a smoking room but was given a non smoking room, no continental breakfast other than dry cereal and bannanas with no area to eat

Not much room for breakfast, and limited items. A little difficult to find and get to, especially during rush hour.
The Econo Lodge North property was a lot better than I expected. If you're looking for a cheap stay in Charlottesville, Econo Lodge is the one to go with. I've stayed at multiple "motel"-ish lodgings for my travels across the country, and this is by far the best one I have been to.
