The location is next to a lot of public housing. Elevator and privacy gates broken to parking garage illuminating safety hazards for people and cars.

Its a good location for a stay rooms well equipped and spacious.
The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. However, it is located next to a train track and fire department, so it can get loud at times. Additionally, the floors and walls were thin, so we could constantly hear people walking and running around. The is hotel is located within walking distance of all the great restaurants and downtown mall area which is a huge plus.
You feel like home
Amazing location and value. Just a couple blocks from downtown pedestrian entertainment area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, provided directions and recommendations for dining. Room was large, clean, quiet and very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Lots of parking right in front of hotel. Very good breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The only plus was the convenience to downtown. When we walked into the room we noticed that the kitchenette and bathroom floor were very sticky. I washed the floors with with a towel. The towel was totally disgusting when I finished. I took it to the receptionist and she threw it away. Nothing from that point on felt clean.
We had to wait three extra hours to check in because there was no clean room. It ended up being 7pm before we got in a room.
Great place to stay. The only negative is that I wasn’t expecting to pay $8 a day for parking.
Nicest dog friendly hotel I’ve stayed at. Clean, large too, comfortable. Centrally located - able to walk to restaurants, breweries and shops.
The good: - Modern, updated, generally clean rooms, halls, and decor - Nice room amenities (big fridge, lots of counterspace) - Nice facility amenities (gym, pool) - Excellent breakfast (tasty, good choices) The bad: - Our room had a pretty strong smell of smoke, although the entire floor is designated a "100% non-smoking floor". - We also had a small ant infestation crawling around on the kitchen counters and sink The ugly: - Noise is an issue. There is poor insulation between floor so you hear every footstep in the room above yours, particularly if the resident is a heelwalker. Also, a lady a few doors down from us had two small dogs which she left in the room for hours at a time which barked incessantly, and could be heard from our room.
Staff is pleasant and the facility is very new. The breakfast is lacking many options with fruit refilled only a couple times during the week. The hot options require and microwave without much information on how to use it (and what times for food options). The mirror in the bathroom is low and hard to use if you are tall.
This was a really cute hotel, modern decorations, very clean, pet-friendly, and a short (less than 10 minutes) walk to the downtown area with restaurants and shopping. We were here to take a break from a long car trip, but really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was great too.
