The receptionist, Veronica, was extremely friendly and professional. She assisted us promptly and always with a smile. She epitomizes "Hilton". This stay would have been excellent, except for the abysmal morning breakfast. Faux bacon, sausage, eggs, which were all cold and tasteless.

I was booked to stay the night of the 20th. I have also been charged for the 21st. I called Hilton and have received absolutely no help and when they finally connected me with the main desk in Charlottesville, the girl hung up on me. I was put on hold almost a half an hour. I would like a reply from you as to what you will do about this.
