Stood outside the door waiting to get in. No one at check-in desk. Finally a guest let me. Stood at the checkin desk for 9 minutes. No one there. Car chargers advertised only work with Tesla vehicles so I was t able to charge my car. Chargers was the main reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointing checkin experience. Hotel is nice though. Room is clean and modern.

Check-in was seemless despite the heavy accent of the employee. It was a little difficult understanding what she was saying. The room was fine. The pillows needed to be changed, they were flat and not comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but the serving hours from 6-9 AM is too early IMO, especially on weekends. The rest of the day was absolutely perfect. From the fun environment of the lobby, decorated for the holidays to the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Will definitely return.

One day out of 4, we had hot water. We talked to the front desk about the problem each day. The first day we were surprised by cold water in the morning. We were promised that it was fixed once, still not hot in the morning. The next day it was fixed, and then on our last day, cold water in the morning again. Check the hot water before you stay. Also, they couldn't print out the discounted bill from the front desk. That's the first time I ever heard that. All other hotels can print out bills, why not this hotel. Business travelers beware.
