Great Stay

Nice quiet neighborhood, very clean, and close to everything we wanted to do in Charlotte. Host was very good and communicated quickly and checked in almost daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Only issue we ran into was we like to cook for the family while on trips and the kitchen lacked some things for cooking big meals, but we made due and even bought some stuff and left it for future guests. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Charlotte!

I had such a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts went above and beyond to make my birthday trip special — from thoughtful accommodations to making sure everything was smooth and stress-free. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did, and it truly made me feel comfortable and right at home. The space was cozy, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only small issue was a few bugs and some lingering smells, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. I’d absolutely stay here again — thank you for the hospitality and for making my trip so memorable!

Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. House was clean, kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils, plates n cups. Loved the big fenced in yard with fire pit. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication

The communication with the property manager was excellent. Checked in with me daily. The area was hit by a severe storm. I called to let them know the yard was covered with debris. I called just to let them know not for them to clean up. They had a crew at the property within the hour. My family members were also affected by the Hurricane and did not have power. They were part of my group and were able to modify the stay and add 4 days so they could stay until the power was restored at their home. This was one of the best experience I have had with VRBO. Thank you so much for everything.

Nice Place

Stayed here a couple of nights. It was nice and clean. Hot tub wasn’t temp ready when we arrived and took hours to heat so if you plan on using it during your stay make sure to turn it up as soon as you get there. We didn’t even get to enjoy it because we didn’t realize the temperature wouldn’t be set when we arrived and waited too late to use it. Messages from host was a little much and repetitive but overall a decent experience.

Best decision ever to stay at this home in Charlotte.

Felt like home the minute I walked in! The neighborhood is so quiet that deer roam morning and night at the back yard. Cutest, comfy, relaxing home to get away and enjoy your time. Loved every minute being there. Definitely will stay again! Host was amazing and quickly replied when needed. Gem in the middle of Charlotte!
