I try to always stay at an IHG property and have never been to this area. It took a very long time to check in and I was the only one at the desk. There was mold on the bathtub and the halls smelled of cigarette smoke in this non-smoking hotel.

We stayed one night on our way home. We made last minute reservations and all was ready when we arrived. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. All we expect from this chain.

Very pleasant one night stay. Front desk staff were very polite easy to deal with. Our King room was very spacious and comfortable. Free coffee provided in room which is always a nice touch. Not a lot of quality dining experiences in the vicinity but very much worth a stay

I stayed in a king room last night and it was so comfy. Everything was clean and we had no issues with anything. It snowed the night we stayed and when asked about late checkout to wait for it to melt a little they were kind and helpful. The staff working were all very nice and breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

I typically try to stay positive so I would say that hotel staff was fairly nice. The rooms are large, but there was blood or red debris on the queen size bed and the shower was at best stained and possible couldn't get the stain out. Holiday inn express as declined on the quality of cleanses and seems to focus more on remodeling, with no end date.

Inn staff did not keep hot coffee available and we were asked to wait for them to make some. My husband stayed at this Inn while he was working with the railroad. He is a Spire Elite member and he never has this problem at any other location.

It’s not really a good location if you want restaurants, you will need to get back on the freeway to get to anything. Despite the pet friendly claim you will have to pay. We had to pay over 20 bucks for two caged parakeets. The property is currently being renovated but it is mostly cosmetic and should not interfere with your stay. The room is typical, but one aspect amazed me. They provide a desk/table but no outlets. You either have to unplug the lamp or coffeemaker to use an outlet for your laptop or charger. Breakfast is pretty good, but no biscuits and gravy!!!

My husband booked 2 rooms for business. He came up a day earlier than me. When I went to my room after breakfast the next day (my husband was taking a class and had already left for class) I was locked out of my room. I had my room key and ID showing me and my husband had the same last name. The GM told me I was NOT in the room I told her I was in. We went back and forth and she told me I was in another room (the room his co-worker was in). I finally had to call my husband interrupting his class and he called the hotel. The GM told my husband she thought I was just trying to get in his room. We have the same last name! What got me was she was willing to let me in somebody else's room. At the time I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. When she saw me later wearing designer clothes, makeup and jewelry she was oh so nice. I talked to her employees and they said that is how she treats people. Her own employees said if you are a white man in a suit she will treat you so nice but that she doesn't treat African Americans very well. She is apparently leaving to go back to India in 2 weeks and her employees are ecstatic. The whole 4th floor and elevator smelled like Marijuana. My husbands co-workers room (the room she tried to let me in) smelled like marijuana was in his room and he had a baby with him that he was worried about inhaling the smoke. He had to call and complain. I don't know if anything was done. There is also a homeless camp on the other side of the fence and they beg for money. The GM needs to be more worried about the illegal activity inside her non smoking hotel and her guests being solicited in the parking t than letting someone with ID and the same name as on the reservation back in their room. The hotels are privately owned so I'm sure it does no good to complain but I will be contacting corporate. These people own multiple hotels and it's all family. I didn't say anything while I was there because I didn't want to get kicked out. She treated me so bad that when I went out yesterday I took my luggage because I felt sure she would lock me out again. I wanted to talk to her when I left this morning but she wasn't there. It is not ok to treat paying guests this way. We will never go back. Guest beware! They also charged us a pet fee which should have been $75 twice ending up $150. Don't say I didn't warn you if you go there and this GM treats you badly.

We rented two rooms, and really enjoyed our stay. The motel is being remodeled, but they do everything they can to not disrupt or inconvenience the guest. Great service! The night desk lady could not have been more friendly. I hope her family member that plays football at Clemson continues to do well. My grandson is a big fan. Breakfast is average.

I needed to change my reservation several times after experiencing hurricane Matthew and packing up my elderly mother in Florida for a major move north. The storm had closed many local roads and bridges as well as major interstates which made it very difficult for us to get out of Florida on our scheduled date. Upon an attempt to reschedule my reservation for the 4th or 5th time I was put through to Hansa. She was by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years and have never encountered such poor customer service. I ended up cancelling my reservation, as I did not want to encounter Hansa in person
