The homeless population in your parking lot is insane. I had to pay a lady with a pack of cigarettes and food to go somewhere else because she was very near my car.

Though basically clean, the hotel is suffering from wear and tear and no maintenance. Problem areas have been painted over, items are broken, Light bulbs are missing. The room had coffee but no coffee machine and the machine in the lobby was not working

Black mold!

While doing my normal checks of the room, I found a spot of black mold in the bathroom. There were other issues such as hard to find, smashed up vehicles in the parking, etc but the mold was a major problem. We immediately checked out and am currently waiting for a refund but the hotel won’t return a call or answer when hotels.com calls in regards to my stay.
