The property is well maintain and the room is very comfortable .
I likes the cleaness and the fact it was a new property. I did not like the pillows.
They had a beautiful patio and fire pit to sit outside and relax

Nicely decorated for Christmas. Pleasant atmosphere. Room was clean. I didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included in the room cost. $15/person for breakfast is a little high especially since it was similar to most hotels continental breakfasts. Convenient to the interstate. Good location near restaurants and some shopping.
The property is great! Very clean. Hotel receptionist that was working evening shift when I arrived could have been a bit more friendly. There was an unexpected expense of $100 when I arrived for “incidentals”. Unfortunately while I was there a water main broke and we had no water for more than half the day. Understandably this wasn’t their fault, but they didn’t do much to inform guests or help in the situation. I had to call the front desk to ask what was going on when I was about to shower. I feel they should have tried to notify everyone and they should have offered a portion of our pay back and or at least made the bottled water in the room complimentary or offered water downstairs for guests. Again, not much they could do, but they could have done more to at least seem like guest satisfaction was important.
Brand new hotel staff was superb . Had such a good time i booked 2 more day will definitely stay again
