The Billy unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and in excellent condition. I definitely recommend staying here when in Cramerton.

Great experience. Tammy was the best host I have ever encountered. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was exceptional. The units are updated and very clean and comfortable. Great outdoor space for kids and family. Area is convenient to everything including parks and bike trail with bikes on premise.

Cramerton was great

Are staying in Cramerton was great. Communication was fantastic with the landlord. Property was close to everything and was just as described. The extras that were provided were fantastic. We would absolutely stay again.

Excellent Location and Amenities

We had lived in the area for many years and were returning for a combination of business and vacation and enjoyed the perfect location of this unit. The host was responsive and the entire process was seamless. The "little extra touches" this host provided in the unit made this VRBO stand out as a superior experience. I would definitely return.

Hands down The GOAT Island Getaway will always be a favorite rental property. The accommodations are very well appointed with thoughtful comforts for the guests. It’s a warm and inviting arrival when you first walk in the door. The cleanliness is a 10; you would never know others have stayed there. The biggest plus as a pet owner who travels with the dogs is the beautiful completely fenced in back yard. Our dogs enjoyed having their own space and not always being confined. The owners pride in their rental business is very apparent. They communicate well and are exceptionally gracious. We cannot say a big enough thank you for the welcome that was extended to us.

Home away from home

This charming cottage has all the amenities of home and was the perfect spot to rest my head after visiting with family in Cramerton. It is cheerfully decorated and has all modern appliances and fixtures. The large porches and outdoor seating areas add to its charm. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all of my questions. The house offers complementary bikes, kayaks, and other toys for the adventurous. It also offers a well appointed coffee bar, no need to bring anything from home. I highly recommend Goat Island Getaway and look forward to staying there again soon!

Perfect spot

The Billy Suite was perfect while our homes hardwoods were being repurposed. I booked last minute and it was not a problem. The suite was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need including a s’mores kit, and bottle of wine! My family enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. We loved that it’s pet friendly with a fenced in backyard -which made our pets feel right at home. I can’t recommend this rental enough. Tammy checked on us several times during our stay. Great host and property!!

Getting to know the area

Planning to move to NC and wanted to explore the Cramerton and Belmont area. This is a great location within walking distance of downtown Cramerton and Goat Island. I wish we had planned more time to stay. The house/duplex has been thoughtfully renovated and is ideal as a rental unit for one to two couples. Tammy is a fantastic and responsive host. Every detail has been considered. All of that said, this property is next to active train tracks and you will hear trains several times a day. We are not used to that, but did not find it to be a problem. We worked remotely for 2 days and had no issues with simultaneous video conferences. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Exceptional experience

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was beautifully decorated and our host was so helpful and personally welcoming. We loved the wine and welcoming treats not only for us but for our dog! We could not have wished for a better stay and hope to come back again soon!

Fun Getaway

Cramerton is a cute, friendly town. The neighborhood has restaurants within walking distance and the property has all the amenities you could ever want. The host of the property is wonderful and quick with a reply. We highly recommend checking this place out.

No detail overlooked

This condo could probably win an award for interior design. Every element has been tastefully appointed. I have never stayed at a VRBO property with so many bonuses from the selection of bikes and kayaks to use, to the multiple porches with beautiful landscaping, and the state of the art appliances. The location is excellent and close to everything of interest in the Charlotte area.
