There is NOTHING nearby !!!! Finally found Walmart down the road. Sketchy area. Wont stay there again.
Very quiet and clean. Although the breakfast was free, on the first morning it was non existent. The hot trays were empty and the staff was talking in the back. After that, it was fine. The bath tub drain was clogged, which made it very slippery. Should add another grab bar on the side. The one up front was not very helpful.
Clean entry well groomed. Overall clean and nice looking. Room was very comfortable. Nice wood furnishing throughout. Lighting was perfect especially around the bed and bathroom. I liked the way the USB ports were part of the clock on the night stand. 2 nice mirrors in the room, one full length. Shower had great pressure. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room too.
It was very close to many businesses and restaurants while secluded in woods with ample parking and lighting. What I didn't Like: the carpet appears dated as well as the elevator signs.
This was our second stay. Both times very nice and convenient to visiting our college student at Belmont Abbey. Beds are plush, rooms are nice, plenty of towels and a nice bathroom and shower makes it a nice place to stay. The wifi works well, but they don't have USB outlets in the rooms for charging your phones, so bring a charger. A nice quiet hotel tucked away from the traffic and noise with a nice pool during the summer.
I have stayed at this property several times, and I am never disappointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Having coffee and breakfast every morning is a BIG bonus.
