Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up small (exterior) porch stairs, Sweetgrass A features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Living room with plush comfy couch and flat screen TV. Bedrooms are located on the first level, with two full ensuite bathrooms . There is one king bed and one queen bed in this unit. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull up to (2) compact cars off the street in the driveway beside the home, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

For a wedding
Me, husb, & MIL were there for my son’s wedding. Nice place overall. Noisy outside at nite because we were downtown. Its very close to the wedding venue. It was also noisy inside due to a loud upstairs, neighbors, voices & hard walking. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was no proper dining seating. 2 chairs & table in kitchen were cramped in corner so if want to use w/d, must move 1 chair to other side of room. A table w 2 chairs in living Really not feasible to put them there. Closet space was next to nothing. Nothing to use for hanging things in the other bedroom (needs something for dressesA small hanging rack for hallways we like it,

Great wedding getaway

The suite was as pictured and described! Centrally located for lots of things. We walked to most things and it’s lots of walking but Uber is available. Great coffee shops close. The whole trip was seamless!
Enjoyed the privacy over hotel rooms. Property had good access to restaurants! Could have used a few more hand towels. Would stay again!

Lovely stay in Charleston
The property was just as advertised. I thought the location was excellent; my wife felt it was a little distant from the action in downtown Charleston. The property was a good size for two couples. The kitchen lacked a table to dine at, with only a high top for two. The en suite tub was "quaint" but functional. The option to use The Wonderer for its pool and gym was a great deal; we used it to unwind one afternoon and it was perfect after a warm morning of walking around. The neighborhood felt comfortable and safe, with lots of places to eat and drink.
I can't say enough about the staff at Stay Duvet. They were great in following up to any questions we had. They contacted us daily (by text) to make sure we were satisfied. Great management team.

Great location for girls trip!
This house was perfect for a 4 day girls trip to Charleston! The space was laid out well, with plenty of room to hang out in the living area and front porch! It had great and comfortable bed linens. We didn’t cook anything beyond coffee, but who would with all of the great restaurants just a short walk away. But, the kitchen was well appointed if you feel like cooking in.
The location was ideal for us. It was a 2 minute walk to all that King Street has to offer. Shops, bars and restaurants. It was about a 25 minute walk to the main historic area-along King Street. The management was very responsive and helpful and even provided a box fan for one of our crew who asked for it. Beyond helpful!
Charleston is great for couples, girls trips and bachelorette parties! So much to do! I would rent this house again!

Nice 2bed/2bath in great location
We came to Charleston for spring break and found this great house last minute. Two large bedrooms with duvets, which I love. This place has 2 bathrooms so each room had their own. It was very clean and the kitchen seemed well stocked although we didn’t cook while there. Checkin/checkout was very easy. There is also off street parking, which is great, but beware the driveway is very narrow to the point it’s difficult to get out of the car unless you’re parked close to the sidewalk. Overall, A+.

Highly Recommended Home in Charleston
We loved everything about this home in Charleston! The porch was a lovely place to sip coffee or wine and greet the neighbors. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants, historic sites, and colleges. The host was very responsive to the concerns we raised (ie, not being able to access the cable on the tv, although the streaming worked; a printed channel guide would have been helpful; and the fire alarms going off one night despite no evidence of smoke or fire; we informed the host that we disabled the alarms and the next day maintenance staff replaced both units). The home appeared extremely clean. The keypad locks made entry and check-in super easy. We highly recommend this home in Charleston!

Perfect location for Foodies and Fun
This beautiful home is centrally located and a block away from King street where many of the wonderful restaurants and night life is located. The home was clean, well decorated and perfectly met our needs. The kind size bed was very comfortable with soft comfy sheets and good pillows. I would definitely pick this place again for our next stay in Charleston.
