Very cozy & clean. Ashley called us prior to arrival and everything went smoothly.
Very old bldg. Felt like in a cruise room (small), Great for being nearby and easily walkable to majority of sites and dining
Fun old style building! In a good spot for touring.
The location was very central to walking around downtown and seeing the sights as well as visiting the market. The parking across the street was convenient even though the cost was $18 per day.
Great old building. Well preserved. Good AC!! The staff was very helpful, especially Carla who even helped to get luggage up the stairs.
Very charming hotel in a good location. I was very surprised to see their agreement they want signed once you arrive. It says they ask that you leave At least $25 tip for the housekeeper! That was more than 25% of the cost of my stay and says nowhere in the ad that housekeeping is an additional fee. It's not a tip if they tell you what you have to tip if you ask me. Dissappointing the way this is structured, would have been a nice place to return. They should be upfront and just add it in the cost.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review! Yes, the building is old, built in the 1860s and located in the heart of the historic district. We are so pleased you loved the location and enjoyed the stay. As described, the Cotton Room which you booked, is our smallest room. We also offer four larger rooms as well. Thanks for staying with us!
