Hotels with Indoor Pools in Central Park, Birmingham

"We had a room booked and so did my in laws and we asked how we could have rooms next to each other on the ground floor. We were given instructions to call that morning so we did. We were assured we were good to go. When we arrived the rooms were not next to each other and in opposite floors. To get us next to each other we had to go to the third floor. The room was not swept or floors cleaned in anyway and we found trash from the previous person. The fridge was also dirty and would not get cold. The towel rack next to the sink kept falling off the wall!!"

"The room was very clean. Parking was well lit and the lot was large. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was not a true continental breakfast, but it was there and available."
