Very nice hotel and great facilities. Very good location also. Only two minor complaints. Some of the music played at the pool is not appropriate for children or family type environment. My other complaint is with the elevators. Feel a sign should be put up asking those entering the elevator to please ...
My family’s overall experience was the best. The place reminds me of Mexico ambience, people are always moving and cleaning and keeping it to the top for the customers satisfaction. I have stayed in this Hotel several times and it never disappoints me. Rooms are very nice with a comfortable bed and super comfortable pillows. Hotel lobby is beautiful and the adjoining Lobby Lounge provides live musical entertainment in the evenings and the music is always excellent. The pool is beautiful and spacious and almost never have to fight for a lounge chair. They also have a shallow kids pool that was great for my 2 year old daughter. They also have an excellent and spacious Gym. The breakfast buffet although a bit pricey is excellent with a very large variety of Asian and Western food choices. The best part of the Hotel is the service of the staff. Top to bottom they are super friendly and always trying to do their best. Even the Hotel road entrance Security wave hi to you after they have seen you a few times coming through in the taxi. When we needed anything the response was almost immediate. Very impressive! 6 Stars for the staff. Especially Claire in room service, Fam and Jomar in the Breakfast buffet. And my wife loved the Salon services and staff as well. See you next time Marco Polo!
My family’s overall experience was the best. The place reminds me of Mexico ambience, people are always moving and cleaning and keeping it to the top for the customers satisfaction. Although we have to pay for the swimming pools and towels, nevertheless it was great experience, and it wasn’t that bad of a deal. It was great price overall. The free shuttle service to and from the airport/hotel is a good plus, and WiFi does really work- fast! Could’ve have put more protein foods for breakfast and not so much carbs though but still, we are glad for the free breakfast. Thank you toyoko I would definitely come back to stay here.
This was our second visit to the property. Great service by the staff, good accommodations, and was a great dive trip.
Awesome location, high class attentive staff, fast internet, great gym, right next to the SM Mall. Just PERFECT.
