Hotel should not operate; idk how they got that mid high rating. The only good were the staff and security but the hotel? worst room i’ve ever been and for over $100 for 2 nights? WORST experience! - no phone inside; not even 1 water to drink; no extra at all; TOWELS that are like 100 yrs old, very rough already and dark-white colored; should already retire as trash or shower floor wipes. This hotel should be classified as hostel it even motel for it’s very bad rooms/accommodations. I want my money back!

Amenities quite ok, staff are super helpful and very accommodating especially assistance, transfer and shuttle service from airport to hotel, hotel to ferry port. The area is best and accessible to Ayala Mall and others. I love it.

The main reason to stay here is the location, it's right across from the mall and right next to a 7/11. The doorman and coffee girls were nice and helpful. The actual room left a lot to be desired though- the room was clean, but the air conditioner was loud, the shower leaked water onto the floor, and there was paint peeling from the walls.
