Took 1 hour to find my orbitz reservation as i sat in lobby. No air-conditioning in lobby. Couldn't comp a free breakfast as a courtesy for the inconvenience. The escalator didnt work and room was not clean. Its a great location if you need to be near the airport.

Everyone is sooo courteous! Hotel is very clean and near the airport. The only complain is the escalator not working going down to th spa and the spa is not directly connected to the hotel, you have to go out of the hotel to go to the spa! It is open 24 hrs but who wants to go outside when it is dark and go the spa!

Ideal location to stay if you have an early morning flight the following day as it is just literally opposite the Mactan Cebu International Aiport and is easy to get to . Stayed for a night before catching an early morning flight the next day. Great selections of buffet too. Very spacious bathroom and comfortable beds.
