We had a lovely time at Crimson! Everything from the food to the staff to the amenities was top notch! We felt very welcomed and the staff was fabulous. The rooms were perfect and we loved hanging by the pool and using the gym. There is a couple of dining options with large menus which we enjoyed as well. The food and service was beyond 5 star! Can definitely recommend!

I had a couple if issues with this hotel. First, the hotel phone number is hard to find online. No one was answering the phone and so I sent a message thru Expedia app and it was answered after we arrived. Second, the next day we ran out of toilet paper and I called to request for it but again no one answered the phone. I have to walk for 5 minutes to go to the lobby and request for toilet paper. The staff were all nice and very polite and all hardworking. I just hope that people from the front desk or whoever is in charge of answering calls should pay attention more.

What a wonderful experience. From the check-in through out our stay we were treated with gold gloves. We were originally booked for a short 2 night stay but decided to stay another night. The property and room is pristine with modern amenities and bathroom fixtures. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely return. A 5 star rating all around.

Property is ok. Really not much to it and service can’t even compare to Shangri La. Had to call multiple times to get towels delivered and breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Would not be my 2nd or 3rd choice for resorts in Mactan. Shangri La is the same price after you add in the breakfast and Shangri La blows away Crimson in all aspects.

The rooms were huge. Bed and beddings soo dreamy. Cleanliness of property, friendliness of staff , always willing to help and accommodate, amazing food and drinks especially the Aka and the Ñ specialty restaurant. Btw, your bfast buffet is out of this world!!! Celebrated my birthday there and was overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the staff with the balloons, several cakes, bottle of wine, and birthday greetings and well wishes!
