It’s nice and the staff are very approachable they always greet you and help you with anything. Would love to book again.
Property was not like pictures it was run down a bit i would not stay there again
The rooms are very spacious, the staff is professional and accommodating. Too many food choices were not so good.
wifi system was terrible! And Swimming pool was so dirty, did not require users to clean first and must get a hat to swim, so there were many hairs in the water.
Shipping container yard below our 17th floor room was very audible during the day. Had no use of pool or rooftop lounge and wasn’t informed of this during booking. The restaurant food was below average. We stood on line waiting to check in for 45 minutes.
We had only partial use of the property. One is not allowed to use pool or rooftop lounge unless you book at full fare price. When I booked the hotel we weren’t informed of this policy.

Close to mall.....cant use jacuzzi w/o buying spa procedure!!
I like the customer service ,easy access to malls . Staff very helpful with your needs . I like the shuttle service provided to customers to go to other shopping malls. I don’t like the view around the hotel and one must avoid the long lines I observe when checking in or signing out at the hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. Love the infinity pool also.
Cleanliness, the staff are helpful, courteous and very attentive. The food are excellent as well.
Security seem good. The staff always greeted us nicely. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. The executive lounge was a nice place to relax. Housekeeping needed to be reminded daily about missing items (Toilet paper, coffee, fridge items, towels, ect). The internet was TERRIBLE. Both TV's in our room did not have a clear picture. They do not always run the AC in the hall ways so when you open your door its like stepping outside. The room was very noisy, we were on the 20th floor and I could hear motor cycles on the street below.
Excellent staff Dexter & Fel Clint from Pool staff . The reputation of Bai Hotel becomes excellent because of these Great workers that put their heart to it. They deserve to be acknowledged n highly recommended. They are compassionate n family service oriented. Thank You Bai management m staff for making our stay Terrific n Comfortable. This hotel is still relatively new. This is the third time I've stayed there since they first opened last year, and they seem to be making improvements with each stay. I really like the décor, and the food at the buffet is delicious. The staff was also really friendly. The one thing they still need to figure out is their ice situation though. This is the only hotel where you can't just go to an ice machine, or one of the bars or restaurants to get Ice when you want it. Instead you have to order it and have it delivered to your room. This wouldn't be a problem except that it always takes them several hours to show up with the ice. When I asked if there was an option to just get the ice myself instead of having it delivered to my room because I wanted my ice right away, I was told the only other option was to walk across the street and buy it at Park Mall.
Very courteous, polite staff. Hotel is clean. Breakfast food is excellent. Glen in fitness center is very helpful. Tahra in the dining gave us the hotels amenities.
