From checking in they were disputing that my room did not include breakfast as I had to show them that I did. They then corrected it, however, there were many other issues with the customer service (lack of) with the food service at the pool as well as their rooftop lounge.

I had a great experience at this hotel back when I was there towards the end of November 2025. The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room. Thank you all
