Very helpful and professional staff. Our room was very clean and spacious. The location is right across the mall which was a plus for us. Shoutout to Clarissa who assisted us with our transportation to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

Check‑in was smooth, and Dave provided excellent service. That night, my sister cut her shin on broken glass from the coffee table, and staff responded quickly. However, during check‑out we were wrongly charged for a bag of soiled linen we never left. This was disappointing and raised concerns about security, especially since we’ve always been tidy guests with a good record over the past two years. Room 922 had a great view, but the bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned and the faucet was leaking. We hope housekeeping and maintenance checks are improved. Manager Riza apologized, but this incident needs proper attention. We simply wanted a quiet, fair stay. Please train staff to be more careful and accurate.

The hotel pool is closed and they dont tell you that on here - only too happy to take your money under the pretence that theres a pool and a seemingly 'its your problem attitude' about it when when you get there.... Business class rooms are meant to come with a 20% off deal for the hotel spa - that didnt happen either! Nowhere near the standard expected from a Radisson Hotel.

Loved our stay in Radisson. Nothing compares to the care Cebuanos give to their guests. Our family have travelled to different countries in Europe, Japan and even in the US, our stay at Radisson tops it all. The breakfast buffet was definitely the best of all! Your staff are just incredibly awesome, super kind and helpful. From front desk, to lobby helpers, restaurant servers, nurse, housekeeping, they were all wonderful. Each of them treats their guests equally, regardless of color. We are a Filipino family but they treated us with exact care just as how they would for foreigners. I booked the business room, without knowing we’d get business lounge access. Unfortunately, during out stay my husband and I weren’t able to use the business lounge access. Kids are not allowed. I am so thankful they exchanged our free breakfast from BCL to the breakfast buffet downstairs without extra fee. The pool was under renovation which was fine. You’ll be busy exploring the city anyways. The convenience is 10/10! It’s almost adjacent to SM City mall which is why we chose this. Their service is 12/10! Would definitely be back at Radisson.

really liked the club lounge and high floor. Also the vicinity to SM Mall helped passed time due to cancelled flight and the typhoon. The staff were warm, helpful and i thought we got a great value for what we paid for.

Nice room! Bathroom could use a little bit of updating, but otherwise it was a nice and fairly spacious room. The buffet breakfast is definitely a highlight. Great location with walking access to the mall for restaurants and shopping, and an easy cab ride to other parts of the city.
