Nice and clean
Everything was good
We always stay at the Sleep inn The complaint I have is that we were specifically told that the pool was closed until Monday. I asked as we had asked the kids to come out and swim. We got back ~5:30 Saturday and there was a pool party going on. This is not ok by me. WHY not just tell the truth.
The front desk clerk was on the phone but signaled to someone else to help me check in pronto. The room was larger than I expected from my experience with other Sleep Inns - more like a Comfort Inn. And it was nice to have a heavy blanket on the bed so we didn't have to run the heat. The only things I missed were a recliner rather than a plain upholstered chair and a freezer compartment in the fridge since we were traveling with ice packs in our cooler. Noise level was a bit of a problem bc we were right by the guest laundry - I would have complained if it had gone on past 11:00 altho I didn't have the energy to check the hours it was open and I slept 8 hours straight so that says a lot for a hotel!
everything good and clean... looks like new hotel so everything very nice
Good place for the money. Stayed for business and it was right off the freeway.
Great trip and the Sleep Inn was a bonus! The staff was tremendous and the room was clean and welcoming to tried Grandparents.
Person at front desk was helpful and pleasant. Would stay again
The staff was very friendly upon check in. The hotel property was well kept, and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep! I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
We have stayed at the hotel about 4-5 times a year for the past 4 years and have always been happy with the service, cleanliness and staff. It is right off the Interstate, has lots of parking, takes pets, has areas for walking pets, and is a few miles of Casper Mall, restaurants, Sam's Club, Starbucks and Target. Downtown Casper is a quick 10 minute drive. The hotel is also very quiet.
I like the location and the breakfast. However, the room was dirty, dusty and the carpet and bedding smelled like dogs. We noticed at one point there three large dogs in the hall way, and later several taking there break outside. The walls are very thin and the neighbors snoring was obnoxious.
Perfect stay. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, all appliances worked, very good quality TV. Price was very reasonable. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to the area.
Needed a south/eastern Casper WY hotel that was very accesible to the highway & easy to find. My stay was a quick over night. Arriving late & not wanting to be diturbed was no problem. I also had a very large vehicle and there was no problem with parking.
