The maid service was poor. They are supposed to clean the rooms till 2:30 pm. If we left at 12 noon they never cleaned the room. This happened 3 ttimes.

Nice managers reception and great breakfast........................

Pool is a hit for the kids. Close to freeway access. Planetarium next door was fun!

Front desk was rude. Reservation made weeks ahead and they put us in a pet room because that's all they had left. Quite dated, room smelled like smoke.

Nice size swimming pool—can swim laps, and it is open 24 hours a day. Comfortable bed.

This hotel is good for a quick stop if you are passing through. Surrounding area seemed safe. Room condition looked like they had updated recently, paint was flaking off the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. Noise from nearby rooms was a bit louder than expected. Staff was pleasant, check-in was fairly quick, access to room was easy.

Nice hotel, you are 10 minutes from anything in the city. Only problem I had was television did not work in my rooms.

I've stayed here multiple times while in Casper for business. Nothing fancy about this hotel, but rooms are clean and the included breakfast is good. Never used the pool, but looks like kids would enjoy it.

We had a large King room (#109) on the first floor. When we first entered the room the worn out, dirty, and wrinkled carpet was the first thing to catch our eye. The bathroom floor was dirty with what appeared to be mouse droppings as well as a couple of dead insects. There was mildew in the corners where the tub surround walls met the bathtub. While taking a shower and trying to adjust the water temperature the shower valve handle fell off and bounced down to the bathtub floor. Additionally, the ceramic tile along the floor and the front of the bathtub had come loose at one time and the attempt someone made to fix it matched the condition of the rest of this room. We were not impressed, to say the least! This may have been a nice place to stay many years ago but those days are long gone. It needs some serious updating!

Hall to elevators was extremely dirty Beds very hard and un convertible

The hotel was comfortable and well appointed for the price. The only problem was a bathtub drain that did not drain at all. We notified staff, but they didn't fix it the first day, and were unable to fix it the second day. But they allowed us to shower in a room across the hall. My son later told me that his shower had the same problem. My only suggestion would be to be able to charge using the laundry facilities to the room so that guests don't have to buy quarters at the front desk. That's awkward.

We loved this hotel; the pool was great for the kids, the salon was a nice surprise, nice business center and fitness room. Our room was great and very clean, our bed was a little clunky but still sleepable. The staff was great as well, my only reason for giving 4/5 was because a young guy at the desk was a little rude to one of his co-workers in front of me and seemed a little unprofessional altogether, other than him, the staff was incredible!

Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool for kids. The hotel isn't exactly updated but it's a good value.

My room was nice, but small. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, but they're nothing special. It's actually a bit expensive for a very ordinary experience.

Thanksgiving dinner with family. Nice motel price was decent Great!

Came in after a long day of travel with family. Room looked as if it was properly turned. That was soon discovered not to be the case as the sheets looked as if no one ever changed them from the previous guests stay. There were make=-up smudges on one of the pillows - Gross!! Went to front desk to complain the next morning. nice lady gave me complimentary breakfast coupons and gave me paperwork showing the room was comped. however,..... upon reviewing my credit card statement the credit was never isssues and I was charged for the room. I'm sure just a mix up but nevertheless annoyed, that I had go through all of it again, to say the least.

The first room we got was next to some people who had barking dogs. We asked for a different room and the hotel staff were very friendly and got us a different room. Very satisfied with the staff. We had dinner at the hotel, very good food with friendly staff. The hotel needs cleaned inside and out. Looks like they are remodeling. Has a faint smell of wet dog and stale cigarettes. Overall all not bad but for $120.00 we expected more.

We have a good size family and booked a 2 queen suite, the size of the room was perfect, we had all the room we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. the only thing that could have made our stay better would be for the hotel to offer some type of breakfast even if it was doughnuts and juice / coffee. .
