Paid for a pool side room and did not get that. Also did not get a discount for the lesser room. The room was dusty and smelly. The filter in the AC was packed with dust and also had a dryer sheet in it. I assume was an attempt to make the room not smell as bad. Fixtures were also falling off the wall in the bathroom. When asked about why our room wasn’t poolside they responded with their rooms were down for electrical but the very next person got a poolside room

Great customer service

The staff was very pleasant and had wonderful customer service. The cleanliness of our room was not what a person would expect for the price point. Our bathroom did not appear to be clean; dried toothpaste still in the sink, water spots all over the mirror, dried urine at the base of the toilet and on the toilet seat. There was hair and left over food and trash on the floor. I ended up cleaning the toilet seat so we could use it. The room had a terrible smell to it. The AC didn't smell great either and didn't appear to be working properly. Parts of our bed had the bed frame hanging out from underneath the mattress so we had to be very aware of where we stepping out of the bed so we didn't trip. The sheets and bedding were very clean though!
