We had a large King room (#109) on the first floor. When we first entered the room the worn out, dirty, and wrinkled carpet was the first thing to catch our eye. The bathroom floor was dirty with what appeared to be mouse droppings as well as a couple of dead insects. There was mildew in the corners where the tub surround walls met the bathtub. While taking a shower and trying to adjust the water temperature the shower valve handle fell off and bounced down to the bathtub floor. Additionally, the ceramic tile along the floor and the front of the bathtub had come loose at one time and the attempt someone made to fix it matched the condition of the rest of this room. We were not impressed, to say the least! This may have been a nice place to stay many years ago but those days are long gone. It needs some serious updating!

Hall to elevators was extremely dirty Beds very hard and un convertible

The hotel was comfortable and well appointed for the price. The only problem was a bathtub drain that did not drain at all. We notified staff, but they didn't fix it the first day, and were unable to fix it the second day. But they allowed us to shower in a room across the hall. My son later told me that his shower had the same problem. My only suggestion would be to be able to charge using the laundry facilities to the room so that guests don't have to buy quarters at the front desk. That's awkward.

We loved this hotel; the pool was great for the kids, the salon was a nice surprise, nice business center and fitness room. Our room was great and very clean, our bed was a little clunky but still sleepable. The staff was great as well, my only reason for giving 4/5 was because a young guy at the desk was a little rude to one of his co-workers in front of me and seemed a little unprofessional altogether, other than him, the staff was incredible!

Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool for kids. The hotel isn't exactly updated but it's a good value.

My room was nice, but small. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, but they're nothing special. It's actually a bit expensive for a very ordinary experience.

Thanksgiving dinner with family. Nice motel price was decent Great!

Came in after a long day of travel with family. Room looked as if it was properly turned. That was soon discovered not to be the case as the sheets looked as if no one ever changed them from the previous guests stay. There were make=-up smudges on one of the pillows - Gross!! Went to front desk to complain the next morning. nice lady gave me complimentary breakfast coupons and gave me paperwork showing the room was comped. however,..... upon reviewing my credit card statement the credit was never isssues and I was charged for the room. I'm sure just a mix up but nevertheless annoyed, that I had go through all of it again, to say the least.

The first room we got was next to some people who had barking dogs. We asked for a different room and the hotel staff were very friendly and got us a different room. Very satisfied with the staff. We had dinner at the hotel, very good food with friendly staff. The hotel needs cleaned inside and out. Looks like they are remodeling. Has a faint smell of wet dog and stale cigarettes. Overall all not bad but for $120.00 we expected more.

We have a good size family and booked a 2 queen suite, the size of the room was perfect, we had all the room we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. the only thing that could have made our stay better would be for the hotel to offer some type of breakfast even if it was doughnuts and juice / coffee. .

We stayed here as part of a road trip. We were put in a pet room we didn't ask for and the bed spread smelled like a dog. The bed was very comfortable though. The pool and hot tub were very crowded which disappointed us because we were looking forward to the hot tub after a long day of driving. The bar and restaurant were good. The checkout was slow because only one person was there and she was on a very long phone call while we stood there and waited. Probably would not stay there again.

We are stayed at this motel several times and this is the worst experience we have had. Our room had garbage on the floor, it took 20 minutes to get hot water to shower, and the hot tub was broke. We had terrible service when I told the front desk about our problems. They said oh sorry I will tell maintenance.

Hate paying for a motel that has a pool and jucuzzi, than half of it doesn't work...asked for some type of refund non given due to general manager not being there...

Recommend offering free continental breakfast like many of the other hotels do

The hotel was very kid friendly :) the pool is great and our room was good :) We were there for state soccer

This hotel, even though I specifically told them at the desk that we had paid for the room through this service, double-charged us. This has happened to me before, so it did not make me happy. I don't know how to stop people at the desk from making this mistake. Would their supervisers PLEASE take care of it? Other than that, it was great. But check your credit card bill the next day.

KInd staff, extra clean room, very comfortable - I will stay here again!!

Terrific room and very nice facility. Only downside during visit was one of the public restrooms near meeting room ran out of toilet paper which is kind of awkward.

I didn't do enough research to find out that the ramkota's pool with a water slide, was merely 2 tiny kiddie slides. I was also a little upset about how much we had paid for the cleanliness and the many remodels that were showing their true colors. Wasn't terrible, but I won't waste my family's money there again.

Hotel pool was very kid's friendly designed. It was great time to play.. We enjoyed.
