Kitchen staff was on holiday, so only a very limited and stale continental breakfast was available. Pool was overrun with families, and was about to close down for a month for remodeling. The hallways and rooms were dingy, and the carpets were delaminating. Bathroom in room was run down and in poor condition. $56 charge to have pet stay in room. Not worth the price.

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful, and our room was clean and comfortable.

It was ok. Couldnt have maid service due to covid. I did not like the low quality of tp or facial tissues. The linens were very nice and i liked the snack store at the desk. The staff was pretty good.
Very clean, nice property, staff was very nice and helpful.
Clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. I highly recommend. Rooms were sanitized so we felt comfortable staying here.
Reserved an airport shuttle, confirmed twice, but on the morning of, the shuttle did not come. Later found out the driver was never notified. Also keycards stopped working daily and had to go to front desk to get this renewed every day of our stay.
The property and the room were excellent. Great place to stay!

The Hilton Garden Inn was very clean and had an awesome breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful when looking for places to eat. Kinda pricey, but nice hotel.

Began poorly: I arrived on 11:08PM UA flight and immediately phoned for shuttle. The bubbly desk clerk said fine. I then waited twenty min & phoned back. No apology, she acted as if she'd just now heard from me, and said she'd send the van. I waited 15 min., phoned back. By now, everyone had evacuated the airport but the security guard. She said van was on its way. It picked me up c. 11:50PM. Driver said he had not been told of me, did pick up my flight's crew, did not wait for me. I noted this at the hotel, but to no avail. Breakfast has kinks too, and should be included at the price.
