Casper WY Baymont

The check in process was simple. The room was clean. I did note that the shower gel was empty and the sink water flow was low due to the aerator being clogged. I forgot to note that the bathroom door had rusty hinges and was badly in need of replacement. It didn't stay open. The frame was busted. That would be the next repair that I believe wouold elevate this review.

An older refurbished establishment. Only two floors, so no elevator. Has an odor of days gone by. Was sufficient and satisfactory for our stay.

Pool/hot tub okay, room/bathroom was dirty. The previous guest obviously had shaved, there was still shaving cream and hairs around the sink. Soap cannister was empty in the shower. Chair by the desk was filthy. Light in the bathroom flickering the whole time it was on.

Great room size. We liked having a sitting area separate from the bed. We stayed here twice on this trip. The first time our room was directly over the pool and there was a lot of noise until about 10:30. No elevator.

Everything was great EXCEPT using the TV. It took half an hour to figure out how to navigate the channels. There was a listing of the channels available but no instruction of how to get to them. Very frustrating. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay--the room was very clean and comfortable.

The manager was very nice and understanding, but we were not able to even stay there. We found a toenail on the floor, the lock on our door was coming off, a hair stuck in ice in the freezer, mattress would not stay on the frame, and there was an odor in every room.

We spent one night in a double queen. When we arrived the front desk staff was pleasant. Arriving to our room, it smelled of cigarette smoke even through it states non smoking. The light in the bathroom barely turned on. Very dirty appearance all over. My 2 yr old ran around in his socks briefly until I noticed his socks were black. The pool was a very strong chlorine pool. The rooms clearly need updating. The breakfast had a few choices which was good. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Nice hotel. Very convenient location

Nice hotel. Easy access off the highway, and clean guest rooms. The check in was quick, and the A/C in the room was actually quiet! Only thing I will say is that the tub drained very slowly during a shower, so ended up standing in ankle deep water. But I like the place and it was quiet. Will probably stay again.
