clean, quite, and great location. Location is great but in reality anywhere would be great. Everything is walking distance. The only time we spent in the hotel was to sleep and that's it. Roof top has a beautiful scenery at night. Price was not to expensive although if your like me and only spend time at the hotel sleeping save some money and find a cheaper hotel and spend the extra money exploring.
This hotel in Cartagena was absolutely the worst hotel in years. The room was very humid and stinky, On our arrival, the TV didn't work. The wi-fi was very poor. The pool on the tub is the size of a bath-tub, apart from that, there is no sunshade, so it gets way too warm on the rooftop anyway. But the worst was the breakfast. Both coffee and tea were not drinkable and if you consider that tea is just boiled water, it is pretty amazing that they messed even making a decent cup of tea up. The staff spoke very poor English. The choice in breakfast was also very, very poor. One day there were no eggs, they other day there wasn't cheese. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Wonderful view from my balcony room, though at night the activities in front of the hotel goes until the morning hours. If you want to catch some zzzs during the day it is almost impossible. I stayed there last weekend and the campaign closing of one of the presidential candidates happened very close to the hotel. Very noisy but Nice
Wow! Location is amazing, right next to the plaza. The rooftop pool is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset or people watch in the plaza. The big negative to me was water pressure in the shower. The water got hot after awhile, but it was a slow drip. I ended up filling a cup and pouring it over me (deal breaker). Not visitor / guest friendly.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the room felt very accommodating, and the pool was lovely. The location however I felt was the best of all. Everything in the colonial district was within walking distance and the beaches are a short cab ride away.
The Hotel personnel is excellent, room are great and service is the best, was great and hotel location if you wants to be in the old city is close to everything just walk to where you wants. Breakfast buffet was great and fine and personnel on the restaurant superior.
Great location, clean simple rooms, friendly staff. Roof top pool is amazing, not to mention that it is a great vantage point to watch the hustle and bustle of old town. If you are not a night owl make sure that you do not get a room adjacent to the disco next store!🤪 Also, beware that NH hotels have not yet sorted out there reward system to extend to Columbia. We did not get points for our stay in Cartagena or Bogota. When we inquired at the front desk ( we were back and forth for several months) they told us that things ar sometimes slow in Columbia. When we sent an email to the NH reward program we were told that Columbia is not fully integrated yet.
It was very easy to make my reservation, the work team is super attentive, thank u for u excellent service see u very soon..
Cartagena is a magical city and what better to be in a place where attention is super pleasing.
We stayed here on our last night in Cartagena. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff who spoke English, very comfortable room with many amenities, great location, beautiful rooftop pool and deck from which we enjoyed a gorgeous fireworks display. This was on a Saturday night, and a wonderful way to end our visit to such a charming, beautiful city.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights in Cartagena. The location is great! It’s in the middle of it all, and walking distance to everything behind the walled city with great views from the rooftop pool area. The location is the main pro of his hotel. The staff was friendly as well, and tried their best to communicate with us in English since we aren’t Spanish speakers (or at least our version of broken Spanish). The downside of this hotel was that when we got to our room it was as if they didn’t accommodate for more than one person. We were two people in a room but we only had one towel and one hand towel. We also didn’t have a blow dryer either and had to ask for it twice before it was brought up to our room. Other than that, the room was very clean, and as mentioned above the location was unbeatable. We would stay here again for location purposes alone.
