Excellent service, confortable rooms friendly guest service. Very good breakfast

Nothing really unique, older hotel. Needs a rehab and better services It took 2 hours to check in

We loved the hotel everyone real friendly and super attentive with everything. Only one thing that should get update is the bar in the pool and have it clean and sanitize especially when doing drinks. But overall it was a great our stay.

My experience in GHL was amazing, We had a amazing balcony ocean view, the staff was super helpful and nice. We can’t ask for more. We’ll definitely consider staying there again!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! An employee stole money from us and management did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help. It happened at the beginning of an 8-day stay, so they had tons of time to resolve it. They said they'd investigate, they'd resolve the issue, blah, blah, blah. They finally said we could see the cameras, the only people in the room were the workers, and they all denied it (duh)! I'm sure we weren't the first victims there, nor will we be the last! If you still stupidly choose this hotel, watch your crap: all little things in the safe, and lock EVERYTHING else in your big suitcases! >:{ And the "manager"? Never once spoke to us: always "out at the moment," etc. Horrible management!!! NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ!!! Un empleado nos robó dinero, y los encargados no hicieron ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA para ayudarnos. Ocurrió el primer día de una estadía de 8 días, así que tenían bastante tiempo para resolverlo. Nos dijeron que lo investigarían, que harían todo lo posible para resolverlo, bla, bla, bla. Por fin nos dijeron que podíamos ver las cámaras, que solo los trabajadores habían entrado, y que ellos lo negaron...obvio! Estoy segura que no somos los primeros víctimas allí, ni tampoco seremos los últimos! Si todavía sean tan tontos de escoger este hotel, tengan cuidado: pongan todas las cosas pequeñas en la caja fuerte, y tranquen TODO lo demás en las maletas grandes! >:{ Y la "manager"? Nunca dio la cara: siempre estaba "fuera en el momento," etc. Administración horrible!!!

I love this hotel, very clean and the people very friendly

Property has a great location (close to airport) and an outstanding staff. Wifi speed was great. The rooms (door, floor, tv) might need a some upgrading. But overall good hotel, would recommend.

Nice ocean view. The gym was a mess. Weights on the floor everywhere. No water in gym. Room had only 1 hand towel. No washcloth.

You should get Better and cleaner spaces. The personal was friendly and that helped to have a better experience

After this, the commitment was to investigate the two employees, who were subjected to tests and found nothing abnormal in their procedure or in their belongings. We offered you the possibility of watching the videos, because there it was evident that several people (relatives) had entered and left the rooms despite not sleeping in them; These entries were additional to the two entries of the employees.
