This is a fantastic hotel all around. The food was wonderful, the pools are great, the location is prefer with the beach and lots of great restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Caribe.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and offered a nostalgic ambiance, which was particularly appreciated 81-year-old of services. The amenities and staff performance were exceptional.

Here’s a polished review you can post: “I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was available in one place, which made our stay very convenient. We didn’t have to go anywhere else because all our needs were taken care of right here. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Mauricio for his outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

I’d stay away from this hotel. There are many hotels in Cartagena that offer better accommodations. The rooms are old and in need of renovation, and there are newer, nicer hotels in the area for the same price range. Please be aware that if your flight is canceled and you are unable to make it to the hotel on the first night, they will still charge you for that night and refuse to accommodate you for the remainder of your stay. I understand charging for the missed night according to their policy, but their complete lack of flexibility and unwillingness to help was very disappointing. The customer service was awful, and I would not stay here again.
