Great stay, the staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The hotel is modern, spacious and only a few minute walk from the beach. While minor, my only complaint is that there are not enough elevators.

What stood out the most was how clean and comfortable the room was, along with the friendly staff and great amenities. The place was spotless, and everyone working there was super nice from start to finish. I loved the rooftop pool and bar, and the free breakfast was really good too. Next time I’m in Cartagena Bocagrande, I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

excellent breakfast! it changed everyday and the soup was incredible. the pool was the perfect temperature to cool off in but not get too cold. the staff were welcoming and friendly the whole time, very good service for our entire stay.
