It was perfect. Love the location. The people at the hotel was very nice and the hotel had 6 pools which made it awesome

Great facilities and amenities. Food was subpar and very expensive. Staff needs better training in follow-up and meal plan inclusions.

I loved the pool area and the lobby. They were very modern. What I did not like was that the beach got taken over by a boat of fishermen. It was kind of scary because nobody from the resort said anything to us. Security just showed up and watched them. The room was beautiful- we had a suit however, there were many little things in the room that did not meet the 5 star standard.

I'm stating home now hotels in over 39 countries and this was top of the line. However, under the map show me where the property was located in indicated that it was 0-0 miles from the city centre and it turned out to be more like 30 kilometers. This became an issue. The hotel is working on ramping up the number of people that there buses will handle for trips into town City transportation was the only complaint that I heard other guest speaking about. The staff we're outstanding very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and we're very helpful. In their Italian restaurant, I ordered a Caesar salad. It was the the size of a small house salad (in a large bowl) which was very disappointing. I wanted it to be my main meal because it was quite late. The salad tasty but too litle salad. A positive note due to the remote location was that it was very very quiet. The beach area was a number of Grass Hut buildings that were extraordinary. The service provided at our little Tiki Hut where we had our chaise lounge chairs. Once they fix the transportation issue to and from the main city it will be my favorite choice for Cartagena

Great hotel what ever small difficulties occurred . They were taken care of swiftly. We had 4 rooms and spent 10 days from after Christmas through after New Years. Family played tennis and golfed 4 times, went to the beach often! Everything was 5 stars! Went into town to eat and shop often. No problem getting taxis or taking free shuttle. Food at resort was very good. Staff was outstanding!! Everyone! Well managed resort. our family in entirety was 12 people all ages 2 years to 94years old. No problem for handicapped guest. concierge got us a electric scooter!! Will be back!

Beautiful hotel , the service is a little bit slow in restaurants sometimes and they had problems to pick us up at the beach in the golf car because it was uncharged , but they solved it . Pools are so nice .

This hotel is wonderful..It has a great private beach area and several pools.They make a great pina colada. the breakfast is over the top! the staff is lovely and helpful. They were addressing me by name one the second day. The checkin was smooth,handeled by Jherals. The staff in the restauant went out of their way to make sure you are happy. Special recognition to Valeria and Keillin.

Amazing hotel with everything you will need. Do note that although it is worth every penny, if you are looking to visit Cartagena & Old City often, be aware that the hotel is about 20-25mins away. Therefore, if you aren't renting a car, factor in the expense for transportation. The hotel does provide a shuttle but it carries a limited amount of people and only picks and drops off guests twice a day.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great staff. The service could not have been better. My only issue is with the price and quality of food...which I found to be sub-standard for a hotel of this caliber and way over-priced for the area. A buffet breakfast should not end up costing over 60.00 US. We ended up limiting our meals because we could find much better options with better food close by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend (other than the food)!!
