The elevator was down during check-in time. They mentioned they had to order parts. The elevator was not fixed during our check out. We stayed there for 3 days.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfasts, quiet and comfortable.

My wife and I were driving in from Taos NM and wanted to get in early so that we could visit Carlsbad Caverns and watch the "Bat Flight". We got in around 2:30pm and check in was for 3:00pm. The receptionist was very friendly and even though the room that was listed was not ready, she found one that was and in we went. This particular hotel was about 2 years old so everything was nice and new. The room was absolutely perfect. We were only staying the night and needed to get on the road to Texas early, so we had our complementary breakfast downstairs. It was also perfect. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, cereal, muffins...etc were excellent. Coffee was hot which is how we like it. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely stay there again. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! ; ) Daniel & Elaine in Texas

Very close to national park. Clean and comfortable room with good price near the park. Strongly recommend!

The hotel is very new which was nice because that helped make me feel more comfortable. I am always so worried about staying in a dirty room that I checked everywhere, under the sheets, under the sink, the drawers, etc and everything was clean. The only issue we had was at midnight the alarm in the room adjacent to ours starting going off. After about 15 minutes I called the front desk and they immediately called next door but no one answered. I think the person renting the room was gone and they had left the do not disturbe sign on the door so the girl at the front desk said they couldn't go into the room. At about 230 the alarm was turned off and I was finally able to sleep.
