There's a loud sound in the room and you can even hear outside the room. But it's coming from a vent in the bathroom. We had to close the bathroom door. It's still audible, but better. The overnight gal wasn't very friendly, wasn't dressed well and looked and sounded tired. She tried to get us a different room, but said you were sold out. We're checking out early, anyway. And the mattress sinks towards the middle.

We did not try the breakfast, but the coffee was good and they had some flavored creamer which I was happy about. The room was clean and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. Overall great stay!

Facility including the room and staff was fabulous, fairly new building, no issues. I only wish that more hotels would follow some of the HI Express standard of NO CARPET in rooms, just to provide a cleaner more healthy environment for guests, show me the receipts of carpet cleaning.
