With our suitcases where the taxi dropped us in the complex.we had lots of luggage and a cooler.after dragging our stuff for about 3 blocks thank God a nice Mexican man came to help us. Once there we had to drag are stuff up 3 flights of stairs. No towels no toilet seat , tv
