I reported to the staff multiple times that my room was dirty, there was a hole in the wall, a dead bug in the drapes, rust in the tub, food on the walls. They would not even try accommodate me or nothing. It was very poor service. It felt like I wasn’t taken serious due to the fact that I booked through Expedia. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Unfortunately the elevator was not working our entire stay. The jets in the hot tub were not working the first two days. A lot of noise on the Saturday evening. But the staff was so friendly and helpful and we were given a discount due to these things. I would stay there again

The place was okay overall — we enjoyed the hot tub and pool — but the rest of our stay was quite disappointing. We were not informed before arrival that the elevator had been broken for three days. Our room was on the 5th floor, and having to climb several flights of stairs after a long day was exhausting. When we finally reached the 5th floor, the lobby/hallway was extremely hot, almost like a sauna, which made it impossible to rest right away. We ended up choosing to walk right away just to cool down after climbing stairs. The staff provided complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, but it was not enough to make up for the inconvenience. If the elevator had been out of service for days, it should have been treated as an urgent matter to repair — even during weekends or holidays — or at least guests should have been informed in advance. Proper communication would have allowed us to make another booking.

We booked this airport location as we were flying out next day. Got there and the elevator was broken. The room they assigned us to was on the 5th floor. They did offer to help with our 5 pieces of luggage but my husband has a heart issue and is unable to climb 5 flights of stairs.

Staff was good to deal with. The building was clean and updated. Our room was comfortable and clean and I had no complaints. The only problem was that the elevator was broken. But we were told this upon checking in and were offered a room on a lower floor if we wanted it. Which was very courteous and thoughtful. But we declined the offer and remained in our room on a higher floor because we weren't offended by climbing the stairs.
