This hotel is definitely the best one in the San Agustín area. Modern and very well kept. I like to stay here every time I visit MTY. Highly recommended. Great amenities and close to everything. Some rooms have great views of the city
Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean. Someone came in daily to clean room. Only thing down side was that I requested a king size bed when I scheduled my room but did not get one when I checked in. I am pretty sure it could haven been fixed if I had brought it up to them but I was to ...
The first room they had for me was small and the window was small and the room was cave like, (dark). I paid extra to move to a larger room and it had a window that was OK. We were only there to sleep and that was fine. That's about it.
I love staying at this hotel since its in downtown and you go anywhere from this location, there are a lot of good restaurants around and as well you can shop or visit the museums in the area. The hotel is gorgeous and very friendly staff.

We had a very big room, and the breakfast was fantastic! Every tourist attraction is near by. Our last night, we had trouble sleeping because the music and party volume until around 4 am . Stuff was nice and the hotel clean !
I will never stay at another hotel in Monterrey again. I had to return to the hotel after checking out as my ride was running late to pick us up while my 8 year old son who has severe allergias and tires easily from being outside had a horrible flare up. Although it happens occasionally he gets so frustrated. The staff who were there should each be commended as they went above and beyond to help and extend counties that I truly would not have expected yet hope they know I am ever so grateful for. Aside from the amazing staff, the rooms were beautiful, very spacious, and comfortable with every ammenity you could imagine. The pool was heated and clean. The gym was well equipped and the garden areas were tranquil. The entire building has an aire of luxury from its beauty all the way down to how it is built. Despite their being children in the next room, we would have never known because the walls seemed to be thicker and just all around more sturdy than what you can expect at any other hotel because they were all built of solid material. The bathtubs inside the rooms are spacious and allow you to sink all the way in. The professionalism of Leslie and the rest of the staff who were on board January 3rd in the afternoon were absolutely the best. I only wish my ride had not arrived so abruptly so I would have had more time to relay my gratitude. I fell in love with the hotel because it is gorgeous and comfortable. I will remain loyal to the brand and hope to visit each Quinta Real.
