Old but clean was fine considering i slept in my truck tent night before! No coffee maker, no shampoo,conditioner or body wash. 2 bars soap. Shower needs repair, missing hanger in bathroom. Just being honest.. like I said, bed was clean and comfortable. Parking lot clean, safe,well lit...whenloading up to leave next morning, thought their was a skunk, then realized somebody smoking skunk weed at 650 in morning...lol

The bedding was new but you don't want to look what's under it. The floor wasn't swept never mind washed. The bedding was still damp (at least it was washed?) The window was very dirty and there was dust on everything, microwave, shelves, bathroom shelf. The room had new flooring and bedding but not much other upkeep. Not worth it.

The property is a case of you get what you pay for. I slept well, the bed was comfortable. The corners in the bathroom could have been cleaner, the curtains are in disrepair and don't close properly. I would stay there again if needed. The price is right.

Very loud and chaotic late at night. One “guest” left his door open for extended periods and smoked pot below our room (could easily see this when going to our car). “Guests” parked chairs on the second floor balcony and played music and drank into the late hours past 11:30pm out on the balcony. When I asked the front desk to ask them to go inside and quiet down, the front desk agent seemed to know exactly who I was talking about. The clerk gestured to the “guests” to be more quiet. They stopped for about an hour, then opened their room door and continued to play music loud enough to be heard several doors down. A child with them was even roller skating up and down the balcony corridor - all of this after 10:00pm. It’s quite clear that there are residents living here and they get preferred treatment to the travelers.

I liked the staff and the bed. When we checked in we were told they had 3 housekeeping staff call off work and if there were any issues to call the front desk - I said we would be understanding. In general, the main sleeping/sitting area was clean with the table and chairs being newer items. The bed sheets and blankets were new also however, there was graffiti over the headboard of the bed. In the bathroom the floor was peeling up, the walls were dirty with finger smudges and spots that could have been washed off. On the plus side, the toilet and sink were clean. We did not use the shower until the second day so we didn’t see how dirty the shower wall was - both of us wear glasses and only see up close without them. There was snot stuck to the shower wall! The overall feel of the room was a cross between trying to look spiffy and covering up old decaying structures. We said we felt safe staying there but only felt safe because my husband was with me. I would not feel safe if I was travelling alone. The reviews on Expedia were around 4.5 so we thought it was a good place to be for the price. Unfortunately, we would not recommend anyone to stay there and will be spending the few extra dollars on a different motel/hotel next time we are in Butte.
