My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I was charged for breakfast even though I was told by the front desk staff that breakfast was included with my stay. When I did have breakfast, the options were extremely limited, and both the staff and the hotel manager were rude and unhelpful. Additionally, there was no daily room service. I had to request extra towels, and the ones provided were visibly dirty and stained, despite being labeled clean. When I asked for body wash, I was told they were completely out. Overall, the hotel’s cleanliness and level of service were very poor.

Good location, decent price, room was okay not great they have a great pool but when it was time to go for a swim the pool was closed due to health code violation due lack of cleanliness and pH levels on a very hot day very upsetting makes me wonder if they can't keep their pool clean enough to get a health code violation sign on entrance of pool 🤔 what about the cleanliness of the rooms ??????🤔

It was a good stay for a budget hotel. The room was clean but not clean clean. I reserved and paid for queen beds but in my opinion the beds looked to be a full, but I could be wrong. The area is nice and convenient to local restaurant and disney.

Pretty much exactly what the negative reviews lay out. Cockroaches, dirty fridge and microwave, gross floors, noisy, janky, stinky. It was cheap but not that cheap for what it is. Our usual spot was overbooked for a convention so we tried out this place and won’t be back. The receptionist was really nice when we checked in however.

We checked in at 7:00 PM, and within less than two hours we discovered bed bugs in the bed. We also saw bugs around the side table and along the sides of the room. The sheets did not appear clean, and the bathtub had rusty spots. I requested to move to a different room, but unfortunately, I was told that nothing was available. This was especially concerning because my son has an allergy to bed bugs and roaches. The room appeared to be infested, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. This hotel needs to ensure that rooms are clean and safe for guests. It felt like the focus was more on collecting payment than addressing serious health and cleanliness concerns.
