Love the location and as a semi local I can vouch for it. The rate is fair for a basic type accommodation. As I’ve stayed with them several times in the past I’ll repeat my suggestion: put some basic liquid soap in the shower that you can buy in bulk.

Auto check in was not easy especially if you are not aware ( emails was in the junk) but the assistance i had make it easier , the apartment was good and the location is the best if you like the night life (very close to night clubs and restaurants)

The room seemed a bit tired and worn out, the floor was dirty/dusty, the shower didn’t hold a consistent temperature, the bathroom had ants, the fridge was not cold. The biggest issue was that the door did not lock from the inside and the door code wasn’t uniquely mine. The walls were also very thin so I could hear neighbour conversations, music, activities etc. I was unlucky to get the room by the main door so could hear (and feel) all the comings and goings. Finally during check in I could not open the main door. It took 30 minutes for the staff to respond during which time someone else from the building let me in. lock from

Before releasing the codes I was told I would have to pay a late check in fee, none of which was included in the listing If there was any information about this i would have taken it into consideration

Location is superb, it's a great budget solution

For an economy stay it's always fine, very basic but so is the price. The location is superb and it's a spacious room. They didn't invest in the look and feel but at these rates I would and couldn't expect that. It's all there, even have A/C. WiFi worked great. One thing I would recommend is that they add soap in the shower, if not bring some soap/shampoo from home.

Was a very nice stay for the price, I cannot complain about that, if you wanted to do an early check in you needed to pay and I tought that was a bit unnecessarily knowing that the apartment was already free for us, we also payed for a cleaning fee which is fair enough! So at the end a cheap stay but it did the job.

The apartment was two rooms, it had a double bed and a foldout bed, the other room was the toilet and shower,the door code didnt work so we had to try and get hold of someone to helo with that, apart from that it was as expected

Pay extra because your flight is delayed

I was a bit stressed out as they have very limited support for addressing access issues. I had to pay extra to have the keyless entry code extended. This is the first time what I have ever been asked to pay extra because my flight got delay (totally outside my control).

Inaccurate descriptions . Bad/ great service

The communication from liechenstein apartments was excellent. However I will never book with HOTELS.COM voluntarily again. Using the "navigate to" we arrived at the property and couldnt access it after many frantic phone calls and after approximately an hour (after having travelled for around 8hours) we finally got told we were to go somewhere that appeared right at the end of the email and was not where hotels.com's "navigate to" took us nor where was on our booking information . Now around an hour and 15 minutes after check in we gained access to a property. The picture i was sold was not what i recieved. The picture was of a large apartment. The picture had a sofa, table and chairs, 2 single beds a triple panel window seat etc , when i arrived with 2 other fully grown men we could lay down and touch both walls . A tiny 2.5x5m room with a mezzanine floor with a double bed and 1 single. Not the double and 2 singles in a 2 bedroom apartment I paid for . By this point frustration was immense, fortunately a gentleman called CHRIS finally semiresolved the issues and gained us access to another apartment where i slept on a sofa for 5 nights as we still didnt have the double and 2 single beds I booked. This is after a previous booking HOTELS.COM took 6 months to notify me I'd paid them to stay somewhere no longer trading causing this to be booked last minute . Ruined a large part of my holiday, see 1st pic what i was sold, 2nd where we were b4 Chris intevened

Location is fine, the room spacious enough but the decor is depressing - cream and brown just doesn't cut it. The furniture is ok but more than a bit dated. The walls are paper thin and you hear everyone coming and going. The keypads used to enter the rooms are handy but much too loud so if your 'neighbours' are quiet, you hear all the pads being activated every time. Communication from staff is poor. I received a different price from what I had understood I booked with Hotels.com. I send 3 mails before I got a response and then it was just a commitment to check what why it was like this. I was trying to get Hotels.com to fix the issue but in the end I had to contact the apartment myself and it took 3 calls to get through. Hotels.com fell way below what I expected and the apartment was not very attentive. When I eventually got them and got a commitment from them to only pay the amount at the time of the booking, I was told I'd receive an e-mail to confirm within an hour - not good enough for me (as I was leaving very early the following morning) and needed the mail there and then. The mail arrived more than an hour later. The Apartment was also slow in sending me access codes for the apartment and apartment building. I was already in Budapest by the time I had received them. Overall, for what I paid, 'the product' was poor value for money. The main benefit is location but that alone does not make up for poor standards - apartment and responsiveness.

I liked the security of the place, but taking into account the area is normal. I didn’t like that the whole apartment was disgusting, and made us pay for “cleaning”. I have been in the appartment for a week and I left it cleaner that when I first got in... Dust everywhere... couldn’t walk a second without shoes as your feet or socks will just turn black... Toilet, shower.... super dirty. The plates and cutlery.... sticky. The stairs that go to the room are above the “kitchen” and that they didn’t bothered to clean them... hairs and fluffs coming down, hanging.. . I told to one of the contacts that they give you(Gabo) that the whole apartment was very dirty and disgusting, and he said he was going to send someone to clean, but first he collected the cleaning money... of course. No one came to clean. Apparently they don’t clean any room, as a mum staying with the husband and their kid came downstairs and ask me for help (the family was Italian) to send a message to these people to tell them the exact same thin: the flat, especislly the toilet is “porco” (disgusting). No recommended and never going to come back.

Un desastre y timadores

No nos a gustado el wifi no lo tenían encendido, el cuarto no era el que había visto en ls fotos y al llegar tenias k pagar por todo limpieza después de irte, fregar los platos, romper un vaso, cambio de toalla, cambio de ropa de cama si querías algo pagabas Simó en 4 días k estuvimos no nos hicieron nada. Un desastre vamos

El apartamento genial

Aunque el portal parecía sacado de una peli de terror, los apartamentos están muy bien! Además nos recogieron y nos llevaron al aeropuerto nada caro, habríamos tardado mucho mas por nuestra cuenta o nos habríamos gastado mucho mas. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Se puede decir que el baño no era lo mejor del mundo o que podría haber estado mas limpio pero no nos vamos a quejar para nada... Fueron cuatro días estupendos y además la situación de los apartamentos no puede ser mejor! Lo teníamos todo al lado.

Fuimos un poco asustados por las críticas, pero decidimos hacer la reserva por las fotografías de la habitación y su ubicación. Un gran acierto. Obviamente, si lo que buscas es un hotel 5 estrellas, este no es tu sitio. Pero si lo que quieres es pasar unos días en un lugar coqueto, agradable, calentito y no te importa que no sea muy grande, es perfecto. Hablamos unos días antes para confirmar la hora del check-in y la dirección y todo fueron facilidades. Ofrecen servicio de limpieza diario (nos lo encontramos todo muy limpio y recogido) y servicio de toallas con coste extra si lo necesitáis. Los trabajadores nos ayudaron en todo vía WhatsApp antes y durante la estancia, así como nos permitieron guardar las maletas en un cuartito unas horas el día que nos fuimos. Fueron un encanto. El edificio en sí está bastante viejo y da mala impresión al entrar, pero los apartamentos están reformados y en perfectas condiciones. No tuvimos problemas de ruido ni con los vecinos ni con el exterior y la zona es perfecta para descubrir la vida que tiene la ciudad de Budapest, tanto de día como de noche. Nos vamos encantados con este apartamento y con su personal, con el trato y con la habitación. Muy recomendable por su precio! Helena y Pol.

Cuando reservas no te avisan de que te van a cobrar una cantidad por limpiar el apartamento, por lo que te enteras una vez finalizada la reserva. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, habia muchisimo polvo y unas telas de araña enormes por todo el alojamiento. No tienen consigna y no te dan ninguna facilidad para dejar tu equipaje si llegas muy pronto a la ciudad ( solo te dejan dejarlo si pagas una cantidad desorbitada... casi lo mismo que lo que cuesta una noche) Nos marearon para hacer el check in, nos preguntaron como 20 veces a que hora llegabamos, para que el dia anterior nos dijeran que no vendria nadie a hacerlo y nos dieron unas claves para entrar al alojamiento. Se supone que tiene cocina, pero solo podras usar el microondas ya que las sartenes que tienene no son aptas para el fuego electrico y no te funcionara. El dinero de la limpieza lo tienes que dejar encima de una mesa en la habitacion y alguien entrara a recogerlo, pedimos entregarlo a alguien en mano para que nos diese la factura correspondiente pero nada.... Desde bien temprano se pusieron a arreglar algo dando unos golpes terribles y molestando al no dejar dormir. No vimos a nadie ningun dia en recepcion que nos pudiese ayudar en nada. Lo unico bueno es la ubicacion. No volveriamos,
