Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, Marton Pesti Front Desk Manager is the consummate professional always with a smile. The Bar staff are very friendly and know how to make a sensational cocktail! Well worth the money. If you are a runner they provide a well detailed map.

What a special place this is. A friend gifted me 15 Euro to have a birthday drink on her and this was the perfect spot to do it. The hotel bar overlooks the Danube River. This is a spot not to be missed on your trip to Budapest. The bartender could have been friendlier but all in all the staff was 5-star.

We only stayed one night in advance of a Danube cruise so we splurged on the Four Seasons. We received a double upgrade which was nice to a river room with a balcony. We had a drink in the bar (loved it) and ate dinner in the hotel and the food and service were excellent. We asked for seared fois gras which was not on the menu--and it was excellent!. It is expensive for Budapest but for us it was well worth it.

One of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in with spectacular views of the Danube, the Castle and the Chain Bridge. The Hotel was luxurious with a great bar and restaurant and terrific staff everywhere. The spa facilities were also great. All in all a great experience

Surprise dinner was arranged for us at the Four Seasons Hotel, Gresham Palace, Budapest. The whole evening was a great success thanks to the waiting staff, the Sommelier, Chef and the Management of the hotel.

One of the best hotel experience, by far the best in Budapest. Location wonderful and all the facilities were perfect. The staff is at the very top level with a clear understanding of. Lie to service.

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons for my sister's 30th birthday and it was literally four days in heaven. Having stayed at a number of Four Seasons throughout the world, I have to say that this is definitely one of the very best. From the very second that you arrive you are welcomed by incredibly professional staff and that first view of the hotel lobby is something I don't think I simply ever could grow tired of. My sister has learning difficulties and throughout our stay we were treated incredibly well with some very thoughtful touches - for instance, when we booked into the spa, the ladies there were fantastic and even gave her a handful of fabulous Omorovicza samples for her to take home with her. The pool, spa and gym facilities are maintained to an impeccable level - as you would expect and though the pool is small it was never busy when we were there. Breakfast was so varied we sometimes just didn't even know where to start! Concierge were fantastic booking us into wonderful restaurants both nearby and in the old town. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel and look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you.

Great hotel first class all the way. Good location as well. The staff is very professional and efficient. The room we had was spacious and fully appointed with whatever you might require. Evening turndown service and excellent housekeeping.

Stunning hotel, great location, fabulous staff, comfy room, lovely bed, superb afternoon tea. Don't think twice about the price, just book it - it's amazing. (Even better if you can arrive on the Orient Express!)

Crossing the bridge in Budapest your eyes are drawn to a magnificent building The Four Seasons hotel. Once we arrived we where greeted with a warm smile and class of the a classic hotel. The room was amazing with deep bath tubs and balcony. We decided to try a couple of cocktails and dessert and as always weren't disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, you get a feel for the history of the beautiful city
