Not a 4 star hotel! I have stayed in hotels for at least 60 nights in the past year and this hotel does not measure up to that standard. The rooms are small, the mattresses are way too soft, and the water in the bathtub creeps up to your ankles or above when you take a shower (maybe it drains before your shower ends). The breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful. It is very close to a metro station, but so are many hotels. Overall, I was very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel with lots of staff care. I loved the fresh fruit in the lobby with the oranges in the water… it was such a treat compared to USA hotels. Room was small but cozy and bathrooms were very clean and elegant. LOVED staying there!

Good: quality pure white bed linen and towels. Useful little fridge and kettle. Close to Metro. Generous breakfast. Spacious lobby. Not so good: cleaners a bit hit and miss, often late in day. Reception, varied - one excellent, others ok. Oregano drinks expensive. Surrounding area run down. Pool not kept well, saw same bits of rubbish in it 4 days running. Staff near pool just sat there, didn’t mop slippery floors.
