Everything was great. The front desk people were especially exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful when it came to the accommodations and places to see and restaurant recommendations. Also, our flight was delayed by a day and they helped us arrange for another night at the hotel during a very busy time.

Excellent hotel that was modern and very clean. Rooms were a little small, but very comfortable. Location was close to the Great Market and Vaci Street which has many shops and restaurants. They provide a nice coffee machine in the lobby for free.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! It is open and welcoming, clean and modern, but conveniently located to all the historical sites. The food at breakfast was outstanding, as were the dining staff. There is 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. Parking in the hotel garage was free. Most impressive was the hotel staff, who made amazing recommendations for dinner and took the time to answer questions about their beautiful city. Special thanks to Domi and Mathild. We will be back!!

The Vision Hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated, well located within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The Ambassador Suite was our home for 7 days. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The spa/sauna is very clean and the entrance to the hotel is very welcoming. Wonderful professional and friendly staff. Breakfast area and choice of food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff of Othman de, Dora and Matild were excellent at check in and out and all concierge duties. Outlined on a map how to get around and main wonderful attractions. They were helpful in arranging nice clean and safe transfers. Petra was also so nice with emails prior to arrival. Breakfast staff were amazing. Great coffee and food. We will be returning.

The Vision hotel was a completely perfect place to stay. Friendly and professional at all times. The breakfast team are brilliant. Continually replenishing the food on display and serving coffee. As an additional bonus tgere is free tea and coffee available at all times in the main lounge. This is such a welcoming treat as we returned from our dsily exploration. I really couldn't recommend a better place to stay.
