Hello. Thank you for the good hospitality, as well as for the invitation. There is a small wishes which I'd like to call it. There is a lack of disposable toiletries. A bit stuffy in the rooms, had to open the window.

We are quite satisfied from your service, everything was pretty fine, plus the people in the hotel very hospitable and kind. All the services were very nice and the hotel was value for money. The only thing that I did not like was that the breakfast was very expensive, comparing to the cost for the room, so I would definetelly prefer it if it was cheaper.

Hotel is on walking distance of the nice monuments on the Buda site, also the restaurant in the Park Hemmingway was nice to visit. i haven't used the spa and swimmingpool but it seems very nice. the restaurant isn't that cosy it is like eating in the lobby, can use some extra decoration.

I recommend never using the airport shuttle service! The hotel's utter inability to provide true information about this company caused me great unrest and brought me to tears when we almost missed the flight. We only managed to board the plane with the help of a kind stranger, NO thanks to the hotel or the shuttle company! We asked the staff at the hotel a day before our departure for help with the commute, they strongly recommended the shuttle, saying that the difference with the taxi would be near to 3 or 4 thousand forints. (6000 for the shuttle, over 9000 for the taxi). Naturally, we picked the shuttle, which was a huge mistake now that I think about it - we should have double checked that information about the prices. We asked the manager to book the shuttle so that we would leave the hotel at least three hours before the flight. She convinced us that that would not be necessary as the distance is relatively small and it takes no time to get to the airport. Reassured, we agreed to leave at 3:00 (the gates at the airport were closing at 5:30). She booked the shuttle for 3:00 and we were given the tickets once they received the money. An hour later we heard a knock at our door and without saying a word an employee of the hotel thrust a piece of paper into my arms, which informed me that our pick-up time was moved to 3:30. No explanation, no apologies. Now that is too risky by my standards so I went to the reception desk and asked for the time to be yet again changed (to 1:00 or 2:00, I didn't care, I just wanted to be safe). The manager made a call to the company and informed me that they could not give him any information at the moment (which is ridiculous, okay? I could see you just wanted me gone and not bother you! Also when people look at me as if I were laughable in my worries is...mmm..extra-fine. "There really is no way you would be late! I don't know what you are talking about going on about long lines at the check-in, that never happened TO ME, when I flew to Barcelona last summer there were no lines at all! Well, I don't know...seems strange to me really. You'll be fine.") Should have trusted my judgment, really. So the said employee told me to return in an hour so that he could once again call the company and ask for information. Once I returned in an hour he said, I quote, "I have called your room so many times!!!" so I apologized. He told me that the company could not change the time, no way, at all, absolutely, but swore that the road to the airport would not take more than 30 minutes, that the driver would pick us last, that no additional stops would be made (as the company allegedly informed him) and that we would be in time. I asked whether that was something the company told him and he said "Yes". Once again, we were given an oral commitment. The shuttle arrived at 3:30, one passenger was already inside, and then we went to pick another person. And another. And then we waited for 18 minutes for two girls who were late for the shuttle. The highlights of that night included: the driver leaving the car for 7 minutes, the driver circling the hill and going around the same streets to find the entrance, the manager of the hotel telling us over the phone "Well, what can I (!) do, you've already left! Call the company of the shuttle, good-bye!", then promising me to call the company so that they could call the driver and at least make him return to the vehicle and never doing that (no one called the guy), the driver not answering to anything we said, ignoring our pleas, him not understanding English and not bothering to somehow communicate anything at all to us in Hungarian (or Spanish, German, Russian any language for that matter), me breaking down in the backseat of the car once I saw that only an hour remained until the gated closed and us still being in Buda, never even leaving the city. No one cared. A kind passenger wished us luck. That was the most anyone did for us that night. The man told us that he worked at the airport (he was also late for his shift by the way), that we had to go straight to the security, that we were right to print the boarding pass beforehand and that we were in luck since we only had hand luggage. He still warned us that we would have to hurry. We arrived at the airport with 5 minutes to spare. We threw away our food. I had a panic attack once the security was checking our things and my hands could not stop shaking. So, I extend my gratitude to the Danubius Hotel and the Shuttle company and wish you all the best in the future.

Good breakfast and good service. Room was good and staff was kind. Nice view from my room. Good diner in their restaurant and one of the night I spent in the cafe of the lobby with a good bottle of wine.

The hotel is in great location, very easy accessible to the main sights and transport. There is also a nice garden in front of it. The hotel itself is normal, just very old furniture, no soap, shampoo or anything that you usually find in a hotel room. The staff also was not very friendly. They can make use of the hotel better.

It seem like an old hotel which was renovating. The room was small but cozy and clean. I didn't find any soap so this was I minus for me. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is next to a park and was very silent at night so I could slept well.

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are spacious and clean Everything is slightly dated but perfectly acceptable Spa and pool area is nice Lovely little walk at the front of the hotel around the lake Absolutely fine for the money and a few days on business

I enjoyed staying in this hotel! Service and rooms are excellent. One big problem was bathroom. Toilet wasn't clean! :/ When we first enterned our room it was evening and TV was on so it was little creepy.

Just a friendly advice. You have good location but need to work in inprovment of furniture in rooms,is bit old. Clanliness must be much better for 4 stars hotel. With that you will be good on the tourism market. Thank you and thanks for your hosputality. Good luck
